Property was clean and well maintained staff behaviour was very good

Breakfast it's the worst thing in property taste is not good at all the items are not available all the time sometimes idli finish utpam finish otherwise property is good

The hotel is located in a convenient location, with clean and well-maintained rooms.

This hotel is not suitable for a bed and breakfast (BB) basis.During check-in, I asked about the breakfast time and was informed it would be served at 8:30 AM. However, on both days, when we arrived at that time, there was no food available. It seems the hotel has no proper count of how many guests are staying or how much food is needed.We had to wait nearly 15 minutes for food to be brought in. Once guests arrived at the dining area, hotel staff would rush to a nearby shop to purchase food, serving only limited quantities—even tea was inadequate. They charge a reasonable amount for breakfast, but the service is far below acceptable standards.Additionally, for foreign guests, filling out a "C Form" is mandatory as per immigration requirements. Unfortunately, the hotel staff failed to inform me of this during check-in. As a result, I faced significant difficulties at the airport during my departure. Immigration officers questioned why my details were not entered into the system, which is a legal obligation. This serious oversight clearly reflects the hotel’s lack of training and professionalism.To make matters worse, Booking.com, you are also part of this blunder. We trust your platform and place our bookings based on your recommendations. It is your responsibility to ensure the quality and reliability of the properties you list.I strongly urge you to conduct random inspections of listed hotels—without revealing your identity—so you can experience what your customers truly go through. If issues like these continue, mark my words, people will begin to lose faith in your platform, and this will open opportunities for your competitors.I am utterly disappointed and will never stay at this hotel again

Breakfast was not so good. Very minimum items. Quality of food was not so good.

The housekeeping staff was not well behaved.

24 hour coffee Shop is essential. Drinking Water vending machine is needed. Between 12 am and 6 am service facility is not available. Breakfast should be available from 8 am onwards. One table is necessary to keep luggage suitcase and use it within keeping it on the bed. Hot water supply was not good.Thank you for your support ?

Breakfast was excellent

The room was very cold. A carpet, a fan and a mop in the bathroom would have added more warmth to the room.

They didn't provide hot water and gave reasons of geyser /solar has been damaged other than that it was a good stay

We booked for 3 nights and paid ₹7,928.00 out of which I paid ₹3964.00 in cash during check-out time. They told me card payment machine is not working, I rushed outside running to nearest ATM since I have a flight to catch. I gave them ₹4000.00 and they said they don't have change so I left the change to them. Today I got a mail from Booking.com stating I modified by booking to 2 nights and the total payment is ₹5,285.34. Definitely someone is taking the money troubling and misguiding the guests. I would like to bring this to your notice so that this is fixed and guest troubled in future.

All three days no one cleaned our room. Service could be lot better and room could be more cleaner.

Room' service and reception cooperation is good

Room is not comfortable and breakfast was not available after 09:30 AM, No have the Parking facility. I was parked my car on the road side and after one day my car colour was totally dark due to the dust

The breakfast is not good and the room size is too small. The water has a very strong chlorine smell. The staff are nice, easy to communicate.

Location was proximity to city center. staff was good, Lighting of the rooms were good.

The Location it is over crowded / traffic / noisy. They provided limited breakfast, rather if it was not offered would have had outside properly

1. Location of the residence is worse than worse if you get struck in traffic it will take more than 30 min to move 30 meters.2. People who travel with car a strict NO for this place because no dedicated parking is available it's on your own risk with big deep breath I parked on my risk in the morning I woke and came to take my car my heart stopped for first 10 seconds it was fully covered with mud and dust to be frank car looked like a scrab I parked non other place just outside the entrance parallelly.3. They said it's AC room but I woke up multiple times due to lack of cooling yes you are right it was too hot inside the room beauty is it's raining outside but still it's too hot inside the room i complained about the temperature no one looked at the issue.4. Room has a window which is name sake you can't expect ventilation from it not even single light will come inside it's just for a show.5. Bathroom floor if someone wants to train for Olympics yes this place will be the best place for that.6. In winter season early morning how am suppose to clean my bum or face with cold water yes you are right hearter was not working so I waited for natural sun to come up so that we can use that moderate warm water.7. I can't able to type more because my hand is paining
