Very nice stay, safe and calm. Our family was comfortable, staff were supportive. Breakfast was adequate. Easy to commute anywhere.

Room does not have AC remote , no tea bags or anything and service horrible service and rude staffs worst experience

Came with family for a business meet. Nice stay neat compact buffet. Staff were friendly and wife felt safe when I was away. They are the cheapest and good service in this locality. Would recomend for any stay in this place.

Some staff were good who helped us bring luggage down and reception staff in the morning was helpful.

Room had mosquitoes, we were offered and settled into incorrect rooms and then were told we booked deluxe twin rooms and to move back which we declined. Bathroom had no soap or toilet paper. Wifi did not work. Coffee and tea was not hot enough either.

Room service was very bad, beds had stains, A/C was not working properly, staffs were rude and had no customer service experience, water was dripping from the A/C onto the walls, uncomfortable beds, we had the worst experience ever at this hotel room. Money got wasted. This hotel must cost around 600. Rs for the service they provide and they are charging almost 2K. Rs+ which is unfair. One of the worst experience. I will never suggest this hotel to anyone.

We stayed for four nights and where very pleased with the hotell. The ac was good as well as waterpressure, cleanliness and the staff was very helpful when we didn't have time to eat breakfast, we could store som yoghurt in fridge. Very quiet naibourhood except for some dogs barking in the night. Also near the big street and felt safe walking back and fourth to big street.

There where a lot of mattresses in the stairways and some minor things that needs repairing.

No arrangements for tea coffee services As my train arrived in the morning we were at the hotel around 9:30am.I was asked to pay 1/4 of the hotel charges for just 3 hrs of early occupancy.No TV channels of ur choice.

Family function. Felt safe and comfortable. Easy access to site seeing.

room location neighborhood is calm, silent away from city traffic and pollution, room facility are good, budget also within in limit.

Very near to annanagar Rountana, easy access to annanagar easy metro and near buy bus station. Was very easy to access MGM Hospital.

Maintenance has to improve. Lots of seepage, rusted taps. Room smells Musty. TV does not work

The location is good enough to roam around to market, to get deliveries and to get taxi/cabs. And accommodation is also nice enough, noise free, sufficiently clean. The window of the room get the sunlight and also helps me to see the sky and the field in front which is eye-soothing!

Housekeeping team has not enquired any pros and cons during my stay. Paste control needs to be improvised as I have seen some baby cockroaches in corners of room occasionally roaming. So my suggestion is Daily Cleaning (and changing towels and bed sheets) by housekeeping team may be offered.

Staff who worked here took mine and my partner's ID card copy and mobile number...10 days after my check out he started texting me in whatsapp saying that he has my partner's ID, phone number and CCTV footage...which means he was trying to black mail us....Hotel management seems not bothered....so guys please don't prefer this hotel.....

Very poor experience. Not recommended at all.

Breakfast was not provided. The hotel condition was really bad. The bed was about to break. The bathroom was poorly maintained. The shower needs to be hold at all time for operation.
