Location of the Hotel and the Staff being very professional and polite.

After flying for 23 hrs, we desperately wanted a hot shower and get some sleep. Unfortunately there was no Hot water available in the room. The staff were very polite and apologetic, and tried their best with alternative solutions, but it's only so much that can do. Value for $$$ was also not met as a result. Management /owners should focus on improving infrastructure.

Good hotel. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed.The reception members are very helpful and they guide you well to any query you have.

Bigger rooms and great location

Booking.com says it has free stays and breakfast included for kids. While checkout they asked to pay extra for my child who didnt even eat breakfast properly(1 single piece of dosa). No one told us during checkin, breakfast about the same. The booking confirmation clearly mentioned its included. Breakfast selection was underwhelming tooThere are better hotels in same area with similar price range giving better service and no hidden fees.

Breakfast was just about average but very courteous staff

Unfortunately the noise on the road due to some major construction work was distrubing. I wish I was given a room away from the main road

Do not stay in Room 101- a suite- or other room on front of hotel. I stayed one night butI did not sleep properly even with earplugs owing to traffic and noise from building the metro. I had to change rooms but it was not easy. The hotel was apparently quite full but it appeared that the hotel’s booking system was such that staff didn’t know which rooms were available. Staff were friendly. Hospitality was good.

Wifi was too slow, sometimes didn’t connect inside the room.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was prime.

The reception staff was very cold. I travelled with my friend for a day to spend New Year Eve in Chennai. Both of us had out of station IDs. Also, we carried a backpack each with clothes and such but she refused entry saying they were not complete luggage. I was so surprised that she didn't know the meaning of travel lite. In fact, I checked in only at 4pm and my checkout was at 12pm the next day. In this case I'm not sure why I should carry a huge luggage. Also, such rules were not mentioned in their website. However, after a lot of hesitation she allowed us in but still with a sort of cold attitude. Full amount was paid using my credit card during booking despite of that they collected another day's rent as deposit. Finally, while checkout, they refunded the amount as cash and not back to the credit card. Next, hot water was not working, and the breakfast was not a buffet. Since the hotel had minimum to no guest, we were hardly given a choice for breakfast. Only poori(more like appalam), dosai and some hard burnt toast was available. Very disappointing. Lastly, just before checkout the receptionist called me several times to remind me of the timing, while I clearly told her that I will be checking out by the said time. In total we felt very hostile in the hotel during our stay and probably will never stay here again just because of the attitude of the receptionist.

I wish the message on what's app was crystal clear that there are charges for early check in. I would prefer to know in advance when asked and not when I am paying that there are additional charges for 1 hour early check in

Staff excellent, very helpful Room was a good size, seating area and bench. Bed comfortable. Bathroom good. Breakfast was delicious.

This is very very good hotel but lacks services. Coffee sent to the room ordered in room service was cold even though served on a flask. The kitchen staff don’t have a clue what’s going on. The GM of the hotel should be fired asap and need a more professional person. Very good hotel will earn a bad name !Tea bags in the room are open and kept as it when o. all good hotels tea bags are packed in packets/ sachets.Breakfast is total BS if anyone knows what I meant ! This over staying in experience is good but lacks services.

The Location.

Since we booked the place online we were not given the luxury of hot water from the tap. They said something was wrong with the heating for 3 days and gave hot water in a bucket. The complementary breakfast was pathetic. they would ask what we want and give only that much nothing extra.

Well located and central location. Large and airy rooms with plenty of space for opening luggage. Clean and well train house staff.

The lift was odd. The door for it was slow and you needed the room key to go down but not to go up from the lobby!

Rooms are clean

the room is way smaller than what is shown in the pictures. Staff is not helpful. Breakfast experience is poor.

Breakfast was awesome. Cleanliness was up to the mark. Near to US Embassy and US VAC so can go by walk.

The lift has an access card, it automatically takes you to the 6th floor and then comes back to where you actually wanted to go.Lift is quite small
