Floressa Randa Business Hotel

Kind, welcoming and generous staff were impressive. Among them was Mr. Swaminathan, receptionist, whose kindness made feel at home even after some misunderstandings between me and the hotel.

Needed to provide correct information on the hotel, e.g., the distance from the hotel to the international airport and description of the area around the hotel which is not commercial area. It might be travel agencies responsible for not making tourists confused in terms of the said information with room conditions including breakfast or no-breakfast.

Staff were very cooperative and good both at reception and restaurant.Property was clean and neat.Good location.Food was good, they have a small restaurant.Nearby there is a super market, where you can get everything.All remotes were working properly.AC performance was good.

Rate is little on the higher side.Washroom needs deep cleaning.Water bottles are refilled and kept, those bottles have a greeny layer at the bottom and reflects that they are not cleaned or bottles are filled with water, days together and kept, instead proper water bottles 2 litres per room per day can be supplied, which should be cost effective and also healthier.

Floressa Randa is a 950 metres from the main road and the approach road is not that good. Once you reached there its pleasant. Its a new property, clean and well maintained. Staff are polite and helpful. Its good for solo travellers and for business trips . Restaurant is small and the food served is good at that budget. . Will definitely go again as its near to SRMC

The hospitality was great and the food was delicious.

AC in the bedroom of the deluxe room was not working properly and the food was little expensive

Toilets need to be renovated.Rest all ok.

Drinking water was very limited in the room, also washroom needs to be more cleaned, and restaurant should remain open till 11 P.M. (open till 10 PM is not accepted)

Breakfast , dinner and way how restaurant Manager talks. Chapati was not at all good bit still he don't have courtesy to talk.

I thought the rooms were large and had a sofa and kitchen . But they were only looking.good in the pictures displayed.

I loved the hospitality we were given. The staff were friendly and assisted me with everything I needed. The support from the reception, Security and the kitchen staff exceeded my expectation.

The only minor issue was staffs other than the reception had difficulty communicating in English. but this was understandable as most of the people in the city had difficulty communicating in English.

The staff was me friendly and assisted us with our cab needs. Room was spacious and they have modern technology (do not disturb and please clean my room buttons).

Bathroom was not the cleanest. Soap in the bathroom was out by the time I arrived.

Room is big and precious

There was no enough water to drink or toilet paper and the kitchen tape was leaking and water was leaking. No refreshments found in the fridge.

The place was comfortable to stay and peaceful tge staff was friendly swaminathan helped us and was really kind during our stay overall it was a peaceful stay .

Altogether nice staff however see below what I didn't like then you will know.

where to start... Rooms were not Clean and used towels and beddings, pillows were dirty and dark, toilets weren't clean, bath floor was slippery and slimy. I was disappointed with the cleanliness. too expensive, sink was mouldy and unclean. As soon as we arrived the desk guy was asking me to cancel booking.com and ask me to directly book and pay, he mention that he will give discount, I said no 2 times, he was insisting me then he said I will show booking.com that no show and he ask me to pay for it. I have paid with my card. all together it was a difficult experience. I don't know how to express the feeling. when I stood there with young family I couldn't do much, however I took some photos of the rooms and received the summery after my stay. for proof.

Noisy circumstances around

Like: Courteous staff.

The AC in 406 didn't work at all. It was a blower, Not AC. I was so tired and didn't want to disturb the employees there at 2 am night. But the AC NEVER WORKED.

They clean and make up the room everyday. Location is close to Ramachandra hospital and DLF if you are on a business/medical trip. Otherwise it is far from the city. Property is isolated with calm neighbourhood. Many supermarket and pharmacy nearby.

The food - It was horrible. My room access card did not work and everytime I had to call upon the reception to open the door. The car parking space is open. The staffs charged me extra for a simple hair dye stain on their pillow cover. Not blaming them on my fault - if only we could charge them extra for unpleasant smell in the corridors and unclean towels, bed sheets, bathroom closet and floors.

The location was quite inside which was calm and as expected. Swami, the hotel manager was so good in his work that he treated us right and also did the expected in the required way.Would love to stay in the hotel when we visit Chennai again.
