The Room size, amenities within the room and the Beds. When it is a Suite room and it is booked for a family I think it is ideal to have 2 king beds or 4 twin beds in the room.

Well behaved staff and maintained cleanliness.

Dinner buffet durimg weekends is double the cost and disappointing.

Breakfast buffet was good

Room probably needs a renovation, the bar/club on the top floor is so loud it shakes and you can hear the music 3 floors down.

The location is convenient. The staff are helpful and kind. Before checking out, the staff at the breakfast buffet even gave me a surprise cake. Thank you so much! Though I didn’t stay long here, this hotel has already been my second home in Chennai!

Excellent option if you are in Chennai. Very high standards, the staff are very amazing, kind and highly professional. The food here is excellent. Rooms are clean and hold high international standards. Very safe area. if you are visiting Chennai this is the best place to stay you will never regret anything about this Hilton. Love everything about this place!

The staff was very nice and helpful. I needed a late check out bevause of a meeting that I was having in the looby, and they promptly provided.

Stayed for a business trip for four nights. The rooms are nice, cozy and clean.Awesome breakfast choices and great bars for dinner and drinks.Special thanks to Sabana, for taking care!

Wifi connection was not the best in my room, but was still working.

The salt and pepper in Vascos was really dirty and did not really work. Let down an otherwise excellent facility.

We liked the professional hospitality and welcome from the front desk Mr Vinod and the airport pickup and drop service included in the package. The packed breakfast for the early morning departing flight was well arranged.

The gym didn't have all the equipment desired.

Starting from Malik in the check in, he made my stay comfortable from check in until check outAlso Ranjana & omar was assisting me whenever i need some guidance..Rishabh from the room service customized my food request and they never fail to impress me with the food guidance.Overall my stay during Ramadan was well taken taken care during Iftar and shuhoor.This is my first time at Hilton chennai and surely will be my next !!Kudos to the entire team !!Customer service at its best !!!

I stay before Covid food was amazing now everything was good but food variety come down 50% but the rates are same.

Breakfast was good. Restaurant ambience really enjoyed and food tastes good

Convenient. Clean and absolutely superb breakfast! Reception staff were great. I had to send an emergency package via courier and they were incredibly helpful. Would like to specially mention Manthan at reception who handled the whole process. Thank you.

Distance from the city center.

Not even there for a full night, as we had an early morning flight. However, the staff were very efficient on arrival and organised us an extra bed in the room, as well as a 4am taxi at short notice! The buffet dinner was very good, as was the beer! We were last in this hotel 10 years ago, and pleased to say that it was as good as we remembered! Only 20 mins from the airport, so it is very convenient

best stay i had in my life. simply perfect and value for money. all of the staff was exceptional.

I wish they had some more sweets in the morning. As I came from sri lanka I expected some Indian sweets. But even without it all of the menu was exceptional selection. Also it would be great if the property has more accurate photos as the property is way better than it looks in the site.

Wen I am booking the room it’s not mentioned anything about breakfast wen I reach hotel they are telling it’s not included after tat thy charged 3000/- extra

Food 4 star level - staff 5 star level

The bathroom was disgusting and not Indian 4 star standard or Hilton quality standard at all. it was clean and the staff was perfect / But everything very old - dirty - just look behind the mirror or at the side. Brown oily water dropping from behind the mirror in the bathroom into the tissues. The power stations are unsafe. The bathroom infrastructure is only 3 stars

The staff are very helpful and always attended to us whenever we requested. Would like to give credit to Mr Malik from the reception area and staff from Pan Indian restaurant who made our dinner experience more enjoyable.

The showering area is a bit small and cleanliness could but improved. Otherwise it was ?.......

It was a good spread, with different options to choose from. I was afraid that the spread would include local cuisine predominantly which I also love, but it was good to have a fair mix of western in there as well. Shout out to Sai and his team who made us feel really welcome, and special! Super friendly and our conversations made the breakfast more special! And shout out to the lady chef that made us the French toast, they were amazing!

Since we stayed for a couple of days, it was getting a bit boring that the offering stayed the same. I wouldn’t say this is a major issue since the food still tasted quite good, but would’ve been nicer had there been slight changes to the menu every now and then, maybe include a pasta,
