- Beautiful bouquet of flowers in the entrance. Massive entrance hall to the hotel, high ceilings. Lots of facilities. we missed last orders for food but they especially cooked for us. Beds were firm which was great for my bad back. There is also a softplay room which was nice for the kids and there is a decent looking gym
- Loved the food! The staff was super nice helping me with the menu. The meal was so great that I would come back only for the food. Generally speaking, the staff of the hotel showed lots of kindness. Thank you for your hard work and beautiful smiles.
Cons -
- The facilities albeit are many and available look a bit tired (old). the sauna was not in operation and the steam room was not warm enough. the outdoor pool was nice but cooler in the colder months (children were in and out).
- The owner of the hotel should consider renewing almost EVERY part. The swimming pool is just disgusting, full of mold. Women shower heads are all broken and old like my grand grand mom. I can't imagine the owner asks so much money per night, giving this kind of terrible quality of things around. To be fair, the room was clean enough and beautiful.
