The hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre.

I found the breakfast choices to be rather limited in variety and the hotel room was not very clean, particularly the bathroom.

The location ok. Only thing is safety concern on parking space around hotel area. The rooms is clean and comfort. A good place to stay and rest.

The breakfast was not as i expected for a 4 star hotel. The spaghetti texture was hard, perhaps still undercooked, the potato wedges too salty. The bowl provided for porridge was too small. The hotel did'not provide complete toiletries such as cotton buds and toothpaste & toothbrushes. We pay a lot for a night. The advertisement showed 165.00 per night, but after i booked 2 rooms suddenly the price quoted rm190 x 2 rooms plus service charge & tax at rm68. A sudden change from 165 to 190. We don't care much about the price but make sure to serve 5 star rated food for breakfast.

Exceptional staff, excellent breakfast, comfy beds, nice shower.

Old hotel with dysfunctional air conditioning system, broken television decoder, not functioning mini fridge. And the staffs are not helpful in anyway

Staff good. Condition room poor , bad. Aircond not function well. Event change room also same. Mini fridge hot, not function. So bad with 200+ price. 1st and last stayed.

The location from the Bus station.Local foods stalls and bank not far from the HotelMost like is the Breakfast Buffet, more choice and locallyWalk to Water front also not far and the small shopping mall at the back of the hotel

Overall is ok. No dislike.Except the Chicago cafe really need to upgraded of the dishes - like cutlery set , cup , tables. Those is very old, crack and not clean.Even staffs not friendly and less spoke or introduce the foods when asking

The hotel is just outside the centre of town & river and has a big shopping area next to it for essentials. The rooms are big and the bed is soft enough. The shower has decent pressure.

The sound insulation is bad - was woken up by dogs barking in the nearby estate. Was also woken up by the smell of someone smoking - it’s supposed to be non-smoking. The aircon condenser made noise the whole time. The ramp up to the lobby is not easily accessible

The breakfast was good and gave me a good start of the day.

The windows on the side of the room, that were covered with a curtain, were dirty and the window frames had mold. Definitely something to improve.

Good location. At the ground floor of the hotel there are food shops (SCR, Chicago7) and Watsons as well as Guardians. KFC is nearby also. The room is a decent size.

The pillow cover is a bit smelly and the bathroom is a bit dirty.

The location was just in the middle of the town.

The maintenance of the hotel. My room not bright at all. No swimming pool provided for my children to spent their times..

The breakfast was okay.

The room has life cockroach & below & behind the bed on the floor was not clean. The TV is sub optimal & not function properly. We can't changed the room from 2 single bed to a double single bed.

Room is spacious and is the only hotel in Sri Aman that provide breakfast.

Air conditioner in the room is too cold even I had adjusted the temperature but it doesn't seems to work. Room cleanliness still have room for improvement.

I like the location lovely place closer to all the shop.

It 4 of us , we stayed at deluxe double bed . The room was big unfortunately the floor was so dirty , the toilet not flush properly toilet seat was broken , the bathroom very old and rusty . The pillow very smelly too . However The reception staff very friendly. Breakfast was okay but not wow .

The room was hot, aircond at max but room still hot. Aircond waa not fuctioning optimally perhaps.

1. The mattress are lumpy .. Sinking at the middle, it time for the management to replace those mattress. 2. My room 704 ..shower has no light, lights only installed at the toilet bowl section .?
