Clean, comfortable, good-sized room. Very good value for money. Lovely gym.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I would stay at the hotel again and I will recommend it to friends.

I wouldn't use the word not like. The only tiny complain I had was the wi-fi wasn't working at first but someone came and fixed it. And not being able to control the temp in my room. It was hot and even open windows didn't help. Still a 10 overall stay.

The room smell unrine inside. Changed the room but I think the cleaners use some dirty rugs for every surface. The window and frame between room and balcony. There is very old old black dust and screen is very dirty too. Bedding is clean.

The location was convenient, and the cleanliness was impressive. The room size was good, and the building appears modern and new.

The room we stayed in was designated as a pet-friendly room, so the sheets and couch were a bit worn. We could also hear a dog barking from time to time. I didn?t intend to book a pet-friendly room, but I assume there weren?t any other options available.

Hard check-in at 3 pm with no exceptions, not even 20 min

You have to pay extra to use the pool area, just sitting near the pool is not aloud

The food that don’t have food for Muslim people If they can add that as suggestions for there menu’s and breakfast buffet will be good

As this was my first visit ever to Seoul, and taking into consideration I was there for business, the hotel was perfect. Comfortable bed, great internet connection, well-kept establishment, and some excellent dining solutions right behind the hotel premise.

If one would like to do touristy things, I don't believe this would be an ideal location to stay at. However, I did not try the metro services, so it is possible that my comment is not valid.

* The location is quite near KINTEX. There is a door just in the middle of the hallway connected between east and west building. That one is the shortest distance. * The lobby smells good. * There is a bus going directly to this hotel from Incheon airport. But for flexible time, we took a taxi when we need to go to airport.

* the breakfast is kind of expensive.

I stayed to go to a concert in goyang stadium it was a nice experience spacious room, we didn’t have much time to explore around since we were there only for the concert but the area around the hotel was nice you can go around find cafes and food

Excellent location walking distance from Kintex. Spacious room, the food on the room service menu me was excellent, and the staff were very helpful and courteous.

The location was in the midst of many food/shopping options. It was also located walking distance to the Kintex Exhibition Center and bus distanced to Goyang Sports Complex where we had events. We loved that we were able to store our luggage after we checked out until we returned to pick it up late in the evening. We also loved the safe neighborhood.

great Hotel!! we came for coldplay concert at goyang stadium.....you can walk there. room was spacious, great view, delicious breakfast, helpful staff, lot of shops, restaurants near by, big park, i wish we could stay there longer :)

Awesome hotel with top level service. The location is perfect if you’re going to a concert at Goyang Stadium (walking distance). Starbucks downstairs was a nice bonus. Room service is great, and all the necessary amenities are provided in big spacious rooms. The pillows and bed are super comfy.

The air conditioner mode could not be adjusted manually from cooling to heating, but it was not an issue, as the room temperature was mostly comfortable during our stay.
