Room size and breakfast choices were the same during our 3 days stay. So crowded

my daughter had painting test that morning and she was little bit nervous but she enjoyed breakfast and was able to take test with comfort gut.

The Oksang rooftop restaurant is excellent to be indulged “fried chicken with a beer”The taste of fried chicken was fantastic.

Bathroom in the room is tiny small.

Great location if you are coming for KINTEX event, friendly staff, that’s all…

The management decided to switch off AC for all rooms, when we arrived it was +30c inside the room. Strong mold smell in the bathroom. Breakfast timing and quality should be improved. Lack of iron and board in the room - when coming for business it is a necessity.

The breakfast is great! The location to KINTEX and shopping malls is prefect. It's clean, compact, smart and you are not disturbed by the hotel staff. I didn't sight and cleaner while in k-tree, yet they come around to clean.

Nothing. I like everything about K-tree hotel, the location, the cleanliness and the smartness of the staff.

Great room, great location, great staff. The washing machine in the room, the publicly available iron and ironboards in the business center, and the 7-Eleven on the ground floor were all a massive plus!! 5-minutes walk to Kintex 1 & 2.

Breakfast: quite limited choice, and not enough seats — had to queue for about 15 minutes before being seated on a regular weekday at 8am, that’s not the type of experience business travelers can afford on a workday…

Cleanliness of the room, good lighting in the room, good meeting rooms, friendly reception staff.

Hard bed, had to wait in line for breakfast, the towels and hard soap were changed too often (think about the environment).

Close to Kintex, little convenient store on the ground floor, large and comfy bed, balcony

Shower. The bathroom floor gets all wet after shower (including toilet area and sink)

I enjoyed the location of the hotel the most. It was very convenient to Kintex hall and also to some restaurants and shopping malls.

The breakfast could be improved by varying the items, as it was the same everyday.

The location is great

The breakfast is average, the room is small and a bit outdated

Forgot a electric tooth brush, soap, pantie and a T shirt there. Impossible to ignore them, but tell us never found. We made several calls to hotel just in a few hours, we said please help to check and call back. Result: Never called BACK !!!!!

Since we stayed because of the exhibition, location was very good.

Breakfast. You need to think for all nationalities because almost all people prefer the hotel because of the exhibition place, Kintex, and rooms are too small.

Location is perfect for the exhibitions

Maybe it was due to the exhibition but Breakfast is a war zone.... Something interesting is that AC is working only from May or June and you are suggested to open the windows if you want some cool air, little details, pollution level was very high in Seoul so I was also reminded about it while opening the windows

It is very near to Kintex expo halls.

The bed is too hard. Provide washing machine but no dryer.No hook to hang bath towel.The lift buttons light inside the lift can’t be see clearly. too dark.

PERFECT LOCATION TO STAY FOR ANY EVENT AT KINTEX. 2 MINUTES AND YOU ARE IN THE EXHIBITION HALL.HOWEVER NOT A BUSTLING SUBURB IN THE EVENINGS.
