Chatrium Niseko

Shuttle to take you to the gondola, ski lockers, renal drop off! They left milk, OJ, bread, bananas and ore in the room for your fist night. Top rate place!

Good and comfy rooms, clean and well situated.

Breakfast. Would have like a good buffet like other hotels offered.

Location is perfect for a stay in Niseko. And the staff was super friendly and helpful.

The price was very high. I understand that it's in a resort town, but even so I consider it very high.

Lockers to store ski equipment without having to. Carry them to the room. Regular and timely Shuttle bus service to Grand Hirafu Ski Center. Hotel Located walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Reception Staff was unhelpful and lacking follow through customer service skills. Couldn’t help me book a bus from New Chitose to Niseko alleging the bus lines were already booked and not available up. I was able to book a bus ride easily at the airport counter. Hotel staff should have offered to arrange a transport for me upon my arrival in Niseko bus station knowing that I would have arrived during a blizzard. Had to find my way to the hotel at night in the middle of a snow storm without any help from the hotel. Room needed some issues attended to that affected our sleep, but they never saw to it. The hotel is not really a hotel it’s a serviced apartment place.

Amazing value with high-quality amenities and an incredible view of Mt. Yotei. We rented a car at New Chitose Airport for our 5-day, 4-night Hokkaido trip (Sapporo, Otaru, Niseko, and Lake Toya) and stayed at Chartium Niseko the whole time. The 2 bedroom suite was super spacious and had everything we needed. Loved that there were free snacks and drinks in the fridge and laundry facilities on each floor!

Wonderful staff who helped us with booking our ski rentals and ferried us to and fro ski resorts. It's almost like our personal transport since it's low season I guess. Everyone was friendly and respectful. We had some hiccups with ski lesson booking which would have ruined our entire holiday if not for the helpful front desk staff. We managed to rebook and do another activity. Even on the day we checked out they arranged shuttle to ski resort and helped with ski return and luggages. The apartment was warm and stocked well. We had our lunches at the hotel cafe and plenty of choices for dinner in 5 mins walk.

Our stay at Chatrium Niseko was fantastic. Our room was incredible - much larger than expected, stocked with many breakfast supplies to help us start our day off well, with fantastic views of the resort, and the beds were so so comfortable! It felt like a luxury stay. Loved the shuttle in the morning and the ski storage area, and the convenience of being able to return our ski rentals in the hotel. There was a great cafe in the hotel, and we had dinner at Temporada (also within the hotel) and it was so delicious. The staff were also a highlight. They were so friendly and helpful, and they spent so much time helping us ship our luggage to Tokyo! We would highly recommend staying here if in Niseko!

Loved that the kitchen was pre-stocked with everything we needed to make our first morning breakfast! I didn't realize this when I booked and pleasantly surprised. The beds were firm and very comfortable + 2 pillows per person, a luxury in Japan!

besides the restaurants being to small portions of food, other part of the hotel stay was good

make the in house restaurants much cheaper and bigger serving , the food was not good value for money you pay, not enough on the plate .

Location is excellent, walking distance to multiple food options. Shuttle for skiing was very easy, we used it everyday. Free ski lockers and boot dryers were a major bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Coffee shop located in the hotel was awesome, a little pricy for the area, but food was really good.

Restaurants on site were over priced and had limited menus. Much better food options around the city.

Chatrium was in a great location in the village for shops and convenience stores, with a Lawson a few mins in one direction and Seicomart a few mins in other. The hotel shuttle ran a frequent service to/from the gondola station up the hill, and collected us upon arrival at Welcome Centre once I phoned them. The room and bathroom were reasonably spacious and very clean. Kitchen had good amenities. Beds were very comfortable but unfortunately the main sofa was broken, so it sagged into the middle. For skiers, the large boot room and lockers were great, and the Rhythm rental outpost was handy for returning our gear at checkout. Loved both Temporada and Green Farm cafe, food was excellent at both. And hugely appreciated the few groceries that were provided on arrival, it was unexpected but meant we had provisions for breakfasts which was very thoughtful. Lastly the view of Mount Yotei from our balcony on 5th floor was magnificent !

On check in I asked the young woman if she could please assist us with booking a transfer on the day of checkout 4 days later. She said she would email me or send a message with costs of both local bus and a private transfer. I never heard back from her.Secondly, the dryers in the communal laundry on 5th floor were terribly inefficient and despite two lots of 1 hour drying our clothing were still very damp. And I had cleaned out the filter first.Lastly, the street noise below was pretty bad every night. From 11.30pm-2am we had party-goers wandering past loudly shouting at each other, then from 4.45am every morning the diggers started up outside clearing the snow. The glazing obviously not sound proof at all!

The location is fantastic. Very close to all the restaurants and food trucks.The staff are very friendly. As someone who does not speak Japanese, communication is very good as they all speak good English at the front desk.

Small problems like the bidet is not fixable and no one knows how to fix it.

Spacious, clean, shuttle to ski lift 5min. Welcome food and drinks free/included (coke, green tea, eggs sausages, bread, cereal, milk , butter, orange juice etc) Good restaurants in hotel and many close bye including food trucks.

Quite expensive

Room is Very Spacious. They provide cooking utensils & complimentary food & drink such ad bread, eggs, cereals, milk, juice, mineral water, jam & butter. Located close to Ace Gondola & many restaurants. They also provide shuttle to places around.

The staff were excellent, all super helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Ms.My, who went above and beyond helping book ski lessons for me etc. Great team all around.

Booked a 3 bedroom suite, which was very clean and spacious. Has awesome view of Mt Yotei from our room. Has many eateries and convenience stores within a very short walk. Hotel has own shuttle bus to Welcome Center and King Gondola, as well as a return point for Rhythm ski gears. One of my best stays in recent years.
