    Pros +

    • An exceptional stay from start to finish. The staff were outstanding warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. The room was beautifully designed and extremely comfortable, and the dining options were excellent with great variety. The ski-in/ski-out location made it an ideal place to ski and fully enjoy Niseko.
    • Nice BIG rooms with 2 bathrooms and the sofabed is in a separate space with a curtain that can be bought down to give privacy a 2 room feeling.
    • The property is very modern and relatively new. However, I was impressed by the level of thought that went into every facet of our stay, from the room's views to the design touches, furnishings, and standard amenities. The food in general was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was especially exceptional. There was a variety of Japanese, Chinese, and Continental/American style items, but the quality of the local Hokkaido produce and ingredients put it over the top. We ate at two restaurants, an Italian and Japanese grill, as well as the Lobby dining area. All three were fantastic. Their pool and Onsen were modern, spotless, and had plenty of towels (a pet peeve). The service was remarkable as well. Any issues we encountered were dealt with immediately and without any pushback.

    Cons -

    • Nothing at all everything was perfect.
    • The standard practice in Japan is for hotels to provide ladies some basic face toiletries like cleansing gel. Even 4 star hotels did but not the Hyatt . Small matter but given the brand name, should have that covered. Breakfast was understaffed and no one came to take coffee orders despite asking twice. They did apologize for this though. There was no decent food options around nearby, other than the fancy restaurants at the resort. Even when we drove out to the nearby town, Google maps said open but it's closed. All closed in summer. Really inconvenient. Ended up having convenience store dinner.
    • There wasn't much I didn't like. My kids did not like the pull-out sofa bed. The resort is a bit remote, and during the Summer months, there may not be much to do after a few days.

Nice pool, ski in and out

    Not close to town

    9JoycePosted on: 1-21-2025

Stylish and functional design. Very beautiful. My room was large and overlooked the ski slopes. The onsen was very nice after a day’s skiing. There were many restaurants. It’s a ski in ski out hotel, very convenient.

The hotel shuttle bus did not go to Sapporo, only to the airport. And few choices in transport to Hirafu and other parts of Niseko.

    10CharmainePosted on: 1-11-2025

Great location. Ski in and out. Lots of amenities. Good service.

    Hard to get restaurant bookings.

    9ZhangPosted on: 12-15-2024

Great room; great breakfast; great ski facility; great shuttle bus arrangement; great staff! Everything is perfect about this hotel.

Nothing. Maybe just the price tag but it worth the value.

The place is lovely and every one was so friendly. The restaurants were all really good.

A little far away from every thing

The service and staff were fabulous! They surprised us w a birthday cake after realizing it had been the birthday of a member of my group! So un-expected and it absolutely made our stay!

    9GracePosted on: 6-3-2024

Good spacious rooms that surprisingly took 4 quite well. Great breakfast..

Onsen small and to be booked, once a day only. Limited to duration of an hour. Too rushed. Surprising that the Yukata was found to be unacceptable for dinner.

Amazing Park Hyatt Niseko. It's everything you need for a memorable and enjoyable vacation. Hospitable and accomodating staff. One of the happiest place and most relaxing ski resort. Plus the convenience of the Hotel bus is so comfortable from airport transfers pick-up and drop-off. Can't wait to be back for sure. Thank you Park Hyatt Niseko Team.

    None. We truly enjoyed everything.

The peoperty is very comfortable especially the rooms were amazingly devided! The bathtub with mountainview was devine. The restaurants were one by one amazing. The little cafe is as well a plus. They could add a little general story in the hotel, however when i asked for a band-aid they imediately brought it to my room. I could for ever how everything was amazing!

    10AlenaPosted on: 3-2-2024

Everything was great, like really excellent and wonderful, except the hotel communication prior arrival, takes them ages to reply to emails or no reply at all. But everything was sorted upon arrival. Stuff at points a bit slow and lost, but very sweet. Most of the hotels have the same issues, unfortunately, difficult to find street smart and fast people.

No major dislikes, everything was great

    7vincentPosted on: 2-7-2024

The room size.Bed comfort. Cleanliness. Facilities like pool.Several restaurants on premises.Very good service from Asian staff, Japanese in particular.

Attitude of some western staff. Not friendly, fake, complain about their job, not proactive., by the book.Restaurants often fully booked, closed cannot be used actually. Have to resort to room service which has limited options. Limited transport options in/out.

    10CharmainePosted on: 1-30-2024

Excellent location and amenities. Friendly staff. Clean and organised.

    All good.

    9SandraPosted on: 1-25-2024

The hotel is ski-in ski-out with all the facilities: swimming pool, onsen, spa, ski-store, several restaurants. The hotel is very big with vey high ceilings but they managed to keep a warm atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay .

Communication is a real problem, pre-arrival and on-site as well. You need to book restaurants months in advance in high season.

    10DavidPosted on: 1-24-2024

Fantastic rooms and quality throughout the property. Great staff and food at multiple outlets and restaurants, Onsens, a fantastic pool. Ski valet and ski rental/shop on site.

The Lounge is now a mandatory buffet for a lunch which is a disappointment for us in comparison to the previous year when it was more casual and flexible with kids to drop by utilising the ski in/ski out attraction of the hotel.

    10SebastienPosted on: 12-24-2023

    Location, staff friendly and professional

Maybe needs 1 or 2 more restaurants

    10AntoinePosted on: 11-22-2023

Amazing hotel. The rooms are spacious and super well equipped.Having a chromecast and a Bose speaker is a nice add!The staff is really nice and helpful. The hotel is quite quiet during off season, which is quite relaxing, perfect for us.The breakfast is amazing, with an impressive variety of products available. The sushi restaurant is epic. The spa is really nice as well.Epic experience.

Amazing facilities ! Location is perfect for turning out. Food was excellent.

Some of the staff was a bit rusty and inexperienced
