Niseko Grand Hotel

The staff and the Onsen.

The hallways smelled like cigarettes. The room was small and less than stellar. Very small bathroom.

Breakfast was fantastic!

Location is far away from the main area and that could be better promoted when listing this property.

We enjoyed the location and having the onsen available practically 24/7. The hotel store convenience store, ski lockers, and friendly staff were also nice.

Some things could’ve been cleaner but overall not a problem.

The rooms were too hot even with the heater off. The lights were also automatic and couldn’t be turned off totally

Lovely staff. Great rooms and onsen facilities.

Depending on why you are staying here, location can be a bit of a challenge to get to and the shuttle bus timetable can be a little challenging to manage.

The onsen is nice. The breakfast was amazing and great. The views were great. Was an areas to keep snowboards.

Some times staff weren’t the friendliest. The lobby area is very outdated. I paid £560 for 3 nights for one person and it wasn’t worth that price point in my opinion. The room was small but ok.

Great onset, friendly staffs, good food

Free wifi was very slow, I ended using mobile dataRoom was overheated, even the hotel staff failed to turn off the heating system in the room.

Very friendly staff, great Spa, very modern rooms and facilities. Great breakfast.

N/A dinner service would not be bad.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The highlight was definitely the mixed outdoor onsen which we used every night after skiing. On top of that, the buffet breakfast was fantastic, the room was very comfortable, and the staff were super helpful (even making dinner reservations and organising ski hire for us). Would highly recommend!

Great Hotel. Really nice and loved having the onsen at the hotel! The staff is AMAZING and SUPER HELPFUL! The breakfast we had was good and the room was nice and cozy. 10/10 would stay here again. We also loved the mixed gender onsen since it was our honeymoon!

the only reason I didn't give it a 10 rating was the wifi was slow at times but we weren't in the room much so it wasn't really a big deal. We also had wifi through the pocket wifi device which was great if we really needed wifi for something.

Onsen water is perfect after skiing.There is fresh natural spring water every day.Staff is friendly and helpful.

Wish the hotel bus ran more frequently

They picked and dropped us off to Annupuri the days we arrived and left. Staff were very friendly and the mixed onsen was great!

Wifi was a bit slow especially at night.

The women’s onsen was incredible. I felt like I was living in the times of the Roman Baths. The staff were all incredibly helpful and nice. The morning breakfast buffets were delicious.

Great Japanese style room, lots of fun. Onsen is large & outside one was lovey in the snow. The highlight of the stay was the food / dinner was exceptional - got our own neat & seafood to steam & 3 trays of phenomenal small plates to go with it. Breakfast was equally good with fresh fruit & Japanese & western options. Do select the half board ?!

Public areas were a little worn & an linden towel would have been appreciated

The onsen is just superb and the breakfast is really nice. In overall the place is great in relation to the price.

The staff had some troubles speaking english.
