Ki Niseko Hotel

Staff were so friendly and helpful from start to finish - even before we arrived. Staff helped us book the airport bus transfer and also with arranging a super early taxi when we left. Location is great - ski in/ski out to Grand Gondola and the ski locker room staff went above and beyond to help shape a foam heel insert for my partner's snowboard which had a missing piece. Staff were also enthusiastic and friendly to share about their tips & tricks for local ski areas. The private onsen was extra clutch - we had no problem reserving it everyday.

Property was very close to the center of all the action in Hirafu especially the grand Hirafu ski resort.The buffet was solid and staff were also quite kind

For the price you pay you don’t get the value for money at all. I payed about 7000 SGD for about 4 nights only to get a room which is only one floor up with a wide window that everyone can look into leading to a lack of privacy. Furthermore some rooms and especially my room are situated right next to the elevator and the ski locker leading to there being constant noise and shouting especially since the walls/doors are hardly soundproof. So from early morning to night all I could hear was shouting and the loud conversations of the people working at the ski lockers. The dinner and lunch were also nothing impressive and rather disappointing.

All I can say is WOW. When I arrived, we were welcomed with smiling faces. Then they brought our luggages to the room while we were checking in. They also gave us welcome cookies, how nice! It wasn't just that - they were so helpful with all our little whims. For example, I brought bulky clothes because it's winter, so I had to vacuum seal all of them in a jumbo plastic bag. I called the front desk to ask for help, 1 minute later, they arrived with a vacuum and helped me seal it. Another special thing to note is their complimentary private onsen!!!! Waaah! It looked very nice. Unfortunately when I booked, I wasn't sick, but I caught colds, so I had to cancel. Their buffet breakfast is also great. A lot of their staff are on working holiday visas, so there's no language barrier here. They're all smiling faces everywhere. Made our stay so much easier and better.The room is SPECTACULAR. It's got a laundry and dryer in one. And if you have more stuff to wash, they have one at the end of the hallway too. Love it. I would come here again.

The dryer in the room takes too long to dry. Even the ones at the end of the hallway.

Staff was very friendly and the room was clean and has nice view. Also, the breakfast was exceptional and will visit again in future if have chance to come Niseko again.

Maybe a bit hard to get there without car.

The staff is nice and the room is clean and comfortable. The hot spring is also nice. Wish revisit here next time in snow season.

Superb hotel in Niseko. Beautiful view of Mt. Yotei from hotel room. Feel very cozy during stay. Good quality and various options of buffet breakfast. Good small onsen. Recommended for first time skiers because it’s a ski-in/ ski-out hotel. Really helpful staff. The best hotel for our family in this trip.

Absolutely amazing place. Staff unbelievable. Straight out the door and onto the mountain. View of Mt Yotei was sensational. I spent pretty much 2 days in my room soaking up the snow storm views and the changing light. My best hotel experience in Japan so far. All the staff bring a positive energy into everything they do.Best coffee so far in the cafe. Breakfast was a delight

Service was absolutely amazing ! team at ki niseko was professional and did an amazing job in making the stay phenomenal ! I particularly liked the fact that we were picked up at the Hirafu welcome centre upon getting off the chuo bus. I also really appreciated the fact that I could leave my skis with the ski team at the hotel upon finishing my last ski day rather than having to return them to the shop my self. Also , you can store your ski equipment with the team every night and pick them up in the morning. Hotel located a few steps below hirafu ski resort was excellent. Onsen was also class. Enjoyed my stay very much !

High quality breakfast every morning . However, after having the exact same breakfast 3 days in a row . It became slightly mundane.

we loved our stay at Ki! the private onsen was so great after a day skiing. staff were great and room was large!! only issue we had was the laundry supplies the dryer didn’t really work so it took hours to dry clothes. but we loved the hotel couldn’t fault. would happily stay again and great location right next to the gondola.

Was able to check in early because my room happened to be ready! Also, when I was leaving I had planned on walking to the bus station but they kindly shuttled me to the bus station since the shuttle bus was heading that way anyways. Google maps also had the wrong bus schedule so we made it just in time. Next bus would've been at least two hours later! Amazingly considerate staff, loved the private onsen as well.

Beautiful rooms with amazing amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. And wonderful breakfast.

Good concierge service. Good location, relatively near to F&B outlets. Good onsens. Good that the laundromat is available on every guest floor and is free to use.

Not that I don’t like the facility, but could provide free milk/youghurt/ice cream in a small lounge near the onsen, for an after onsen treat.

The staffs are nice. The hotel has contacted me in advance of the stay to ask if there is anything they can assist with our trip. This is reallt good for our 1st ime in Niseko. They help arrange with the gear rental, ski course, etc.The location is also good Not far fron the restaurants and they also have the ski valet, which you can ski in and out.The best thing is onsen, both private and public. We enjoyed using the onsen everyday. It is really good that you can relax yourself in the onsen after the long day of ski.

The restaurant. The food and ingredient did not meet the expectation when compare to the price.Overall, I found the hotel was clean but there was 1 incident that the group of hairs was found in the towel.

I booked this room because of the view of Mt.Yotei and full equipment like an apartment but overall service from the hotel was also flawless.

Comfortable room and a great onsen—we really enjoyed our time there.

Breakfast options are a bit limited and could use more variety. It would be great to have more dining outlets and a gym among the hotel facilities.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was good. Breakfast was OK.

The only negative comment is the furniture in the Ki Dining Room is looking very dated and scuffed.

Clean, spacious. View from our corner room with kitchenette and sitting room is great.

On arrival by bus from the Kutchan station, we have to alight at the Hirafu Welcome center and walked about 7 min to the hotel. If only there is hotel transport to door step on arrival, It would be great.

Services was at best. Staffs were nice and provide well services. Room with Mt. YOTEI view is great as well. Breakfast is also good.

Facility was clean, well maintained, and very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was very good!
