Breakfast was very good with many options.

Niseko village has 4 hills you can ski at. When the weather is good, wind not blowing you can access all hills. If the main gondola is closed, you cannot access the other hills unless you take a shuttle. The shuttle from Green leaf doesn't leave until noon for you to access the other hills so you would have to take a taxi. When that is the case, there isn't much you can ski around the Green Leaf. Tends to strand you there. There is only one place to eat directly at the Green Leaf.

Very old furniture. Looks like back in 80s. The Osen is just a small pool with hot water and the ouside one is not even open.

Shame on Hilton. The staff at the front desk DISCRIMINATES Asian people. If you are a white male, please do stay at this one because they will help you with your suitcase all along the way. However, we as Asians are just not that lucky. Check in to check out, nobody gives us a shit. Service at the restaurant is good though. You can feel the staff there with sincere big smile while the old man at the front desk would just ignore you. Also the staff know nothing about the shuttle bus and the transfer bus at all. You have to figure out all by yourself.

Good ski in- ski out stay- cosy lodge style rooms. With a beautiful outlook. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.

Felt very overrun with people and had a sort of factory feel. Rooms felt overpriced for what they were.

Love the onsens and the ski and ski out convenience and the very cozy lobby and amazing breakfast buffet.

Difficult and expensive to get to especially if your plane lands at CTS after 7:30 PM.

Good:I went here for my birthday. The staff who assisted me (Tarl-san) is very warm and accommodating. The room is spacious compared to Japan standard hotels in Tokyo. The hotel’s onsen was my fave place to go. Specially their outdoor onsen. The lift was not open during my stay but they have sled that you can borrow for freeIn case I will come back to Niseko, I might book in Hilton Hotel Niseko instead.

Bad:1. They are unresponsive prior the check-in. It’s my first Winter in Niseko so I am asking questions but they are not responsive.2. Also, there’s additional tax that needs to be paid which is not communicated in the listing prior booking (other hotels have a disclaimer regarding citytax before booking)3. I missed my bus going to airport because when I asked the staff about the bus, they told me, the bus will be stopping at the hotel (but the bus didnt go to the hotel)

Nice hotel for the family with ski in and ski out

A noise from the fridge and the aircon in the room

    Ski ski out

Dated, crowded, limited menu, untrained staff

    8sharonPosted on: 12-27-2025

We love the hospitality, the quality of the hot spring water, the convenient because of the free shuttle bus and gondola they provided, and of course the view from our room.

Sadly the public onsen area was closed during our stay, and I personally think the indoor onsen could be improved to make it more comfortable.

The view is exceptional, friendly and helpful staff

The bed not firm enough.. there’s only one restaurant

    9RoselynPosted on: 12-20-2025

It has its own ski slopes. The view from the room is picturesque.

There’s only one restaurant. The cleaning of the room is not daily.

Absolutely great staff, from all over the world, who were attentive and friendly. Smartly designed to have ready access to the rift.

Well, there was no snow but no fault of the hotel of course..despite no snow the stay was most enjoyable due to fun-filled conversations with international staff!

Fantastic ski in ski out location!!! Great facilities at the hotel & fantastic breakfast too.

Obviously a little more remote that Grand Hirafu. Still plenty of food options but quite expensive.

Ski in - ski out is great. Very convenient location. Great breakfast buffet. Comfortable rooms.

Buffet dinners only (and quite expensive for what's on offer)

Amazing facilities. Ski lifts are on site. Breakfast was ok, room was very clean and comfortable.

    7GenevievePosted on: 4-4-2025

The lobby lounge was really nice to chill at after hitting the slopes. The prices are a bit pricier, but reasonable for Niseko. Rooms are clean and functional. You're really just paying for the location and convenience to the slopes.

The outdoor onsen was unfortunately under renovation/maintenance when I was there. Rooms were small, but to be expected of the location.

    9AlexanderPosted on: 4-1-2025

The hotel is wonderful - the onsen is fantastic, breakfast is great and the staff are all super supportive!

Dinner options were quite expensive and a bit limited - but in the peak season I expect Niseko-Yo is a bit more open!
