    Pros +

    • Clean, friendly, ski in and out. Onsite ski rental with helpful staff. Very quiet location. Onsite restaurants very good. Bus stop at the hotel to other locations in the Niseko area very convenient.
    • Very nice and cozy resort. Good restaurants and service. Stuck in a nice quiet area. The onsen is very much a nice and worthwhile amenity. Being close to the slopes and on the Niseko United Bus route is super convenient
    • Breakfast is good as they also served cake during breakfast. Location is also very good with very helpful and friendly staffs. Free parking offered by the hotel. Rooms are very big compared to normal hotels in Japan

    Cons -

    • Lack of village activity with only a few restaurants in the area.
    • It's pretty far from Hirafu area if you want to go explore, quite difficult to get a taxi anywhere if later in the day or not scheduled a ride in advance. There is no ATM on the premise or nearby convenience store.
    • Rooms are a little outdated and pillows were a little uncomfortable but it was still clean.

Loved how the slopes were just outside the door. There is also an onsen that you can soak in after a day’s run. There’s a wide array of dishes to choose from for breakfast and all were good! The lobby and reading area were also cosy. It’s also a 5 min drive to Niseko Distillery and there are other eateries around the area.

Rooms are a little outdated and pillows were a little uncomfortable but it was still clean.

Breakfast was amazing room was very spacious staff were very professional and friendly

    10CookPosted on: 3-15-2025

There were no taxis available as we were leaving. A member of the front desk drove us to the train station. That saved us making our train to Hakodate.

    9FelixPosted on: 3-14-2025

Very convenient ski in ski out hotel. Very nice staff and lunch sets were of reasonable price.

    8WaiyinPosted on: 3-14-2025

Ski-in ski-out. Small onsen was good.

Dinner buffet food quality was average.

    10AlanPosted on: 3-12-2025

It's ski in and ski out, great onsen, lovely breakfast, good size rooms, dining room view is lovely, ski lockers, very clean

Bit of a walk from some rooms to the onsen or dining room but that's a minor issue

Perfect location for a ski trip. Genuine ski in ski out!Buffet breakfast outstanding.Luggage shipping office onsite. Private onsen

Breakfast and ski in ski out

If u plan to do shopping or dining, you have to time everything to shuttle busses which stop working pretty early.

    9MarikaPosted on: 2-21-2025

Fantastic location right on the slopes. Resort pretty much had everything we needed for our stay including a couple of restaurant / bar options. Buffet breakfast was great along with the dinner. Lockers provided for snow gear and rentals onsite were convenient.

Bathroom was a bit outdated and the shower head was close to broken and uncomfortable to use. No drying rooms for snow gear.

Comprehensive breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. We had a packed breakfast which was offered as we were leaving earlier than the breakfast time - this was excellent

We had a wonderful stay here, the cleanliness, comfort, hospitality was superb. Rooms are not that spacious but so comfy and enough space for us travelling with 3 luggage including one XL luggage. Toilets are clean and heated (the best during winter) and with a bathtub. Breakfast spread was also amazing and delicious. It was very convenient for us to go about skiing and storing our equipment since they provide storage lockers that are conveniently located for ease to skiers/snowboarders so we don't have to walk far. There is also a lot of parking space since we rented a car. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lastly, imagine all these comes with a view- from rooms, to hallways, to breakfast lounge, all overlooking the mountains.

    Staffs were friendly

There was a used slipper beneath the bed, some hair in the bathroom

Comfortable hotel, friendly, polite, efficient staff. Excellent location, ski in ski out. Very good food. Excellent onsen. A certain peaceful charm to the hotel, very unusual in similar properties. Would certainly recommend.

Nothing, very happy with the property

    2DianaPosted on: 1-11-2025

    They had a gift shop.

We had lots of stink bugs in our room, had to ask to change to a different one. Thankfully that one didn’t have any. Room had lots of stains on the carpet, but the bed was clean. The onsen was very small compared to other hotels. Dinner buffet is definitely not worth the 50$ per person. Small selection of dishes, nothing like the photos. Also not a single drink included, only coffee and tea. Dessert choices were 3 kinds of sad sponge cakes. Will be back to Niseko but not to this hotel. 2/10.

    10Gui_viPosted on: 1-11-2025

Full on ski in ski out.Incredibly diverse dinner and breakfast buffet although just having dinner there once or max twice is plenty enough as there are other places around.Easy parking lot, great rooms that all have a view. Quiet dark comfortable well equipped... honestly that was such a great experience. The staff was very helpful too. They made bento boxes for us when we asked and helped with a delayed yamato luggage.

The ski rental service is a negative point. Expensive, poor selection, poor service. We wanted to swap one pair of ski and for that they wanted to charge us an extra day at full rate. In the end we rented all our equipment from an independent shop 2min away (car). Paid less, had a better service and more importantly better equipment.
