One Niseko Resort Towers

Getting to Annapuri and back is easy enough but is further away from the main towns than I realized. Would be a great destination while you are skiing Moiwa resort. Onsen facilities and the ski locker room were amazing. Bedrooms were clean and functional, with great views of the mountains and trees. Staff was over the top amazing and accommodating, the breakfast was phenomenal!

Access to town is hard because it is further away, so taxi is necessary to get to and from Grand Hirafu for dinners etc. but the property did have a restaurant as well as the neighboring property which were both worth checking out.

Excellent staff, Onsen, breakfast and nice size of unit with everything you needed.

The room was big enough for family stay. Good choice for ski sport. 20 minit to the town/grocery.

Lovely hotel, however not a good location for any nightlife. Free shuttle buses to rental and 3 of 4 main ski areas was fantastic. Location would be great if you had your own car.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Everything about it was exceptional. Staff, room, spa, Onsen, outstanding breakfast.

The friendliness of the staff.

They should place a pool table & and a TV's showing snowboard or skiing competitions from YouTube .in the front bar .instead of people leaving the place, they will stay buy more food & more drinks .if the wind is too strong, they close the chair lifts & the gondola. So customers come back to the hotel & do nothing .this would be a great revenue raiser.

We were absolutely overwhelmed by the cleanliness and organisation skills of the staff! We were very happy with the rooms and the facilities - the onsen was the highlight!

Loved the view. Room was warm and spacious. Onsen was very traditional. Dry sauna was a highlight. Staff were wonderful. Cool van and shuttle drivers. Loved it and so close to funky Moiwa ski field.

The onsen was very good, although instructions could have been clearer. Free parking.

The room used some type of flame heater which emitted fumes and polluted the air in the room.The method of room heating was not mentioned in the hotel information.Distance of parking to entrance could be closer. Insufficient parking

The breakfast was an incredible spread and delicious! I highly recommend you include this in your stay!The room was had a great size for 4 people. It did not feel cramped and had ample space with all our bags and gear.The onsen was absolutely excellent at the end of the day to soak sore muscles. Great onsen facilities

There is no real complaint. The hotel is a little far from main towns and restaurants, but we knew that when booking so, it was expected. The price of the room made it worth it and we budgeted for taxi.

Really close to the snow resorts and only a short 10-20 minute drive to the local towns and shops.The family room was more than big enough to accommodate all of us 3 kids and 2 adults.

The elevator doesn't wait for no one. The door starts to close after what feels like 5 seconds, even if you are walking through the door.

Very clean and nicely presented hotel with lovely rooms and a beautiful onsen.Breakfast menu was fantastic and staff were very helpful and friendly. The free shuttle bus service getting you from the hotel to the slopes is a life saver.

Only slight downside is the location. While it’s possible to walk to the Moiwa ski resort, walking to Annipuri (which is part of the United Niseko pass) is mostly out of the question. They offer a free shuttle bus though which is a must for getting around with snow gear

Niseko needs to work on offering more transportation overall. The hotel is a bit far from restaurants so just keep that in mind. The hotel restaurant is not that great.

Room was not entirely clean - I found clipped up bits of nails on the table in the sleeping area and on the floor near the bed which was truly disgusting and shocking considering that most hotels in Japan, even the affordable ones, are usually spotless clean. Housekeeping only changes towel and does nothing else during our 4-night stay. No one asked how our stay was when we checked out. We had issues picking up our rental car and was thankful for the shuttle service to all the Niseko ski areas - it’s not always running though so you’d have to plan your day around the shuttle schedule. There’s nothing around the hotel for dinner or anything after a whole day of skiing so you’d have to pay hefty price for taxi to get into town - the GoTaxi app worked fine for this purpose - not the most convenient location w/o a rental car and if you want any sort of après.

The size of the room is over expectations!! with electric stove and all the kitchen appliances prepared, you can easily cook your own meal at home and there is even an island bar on the room where you can enjoy a drinking party with friends, public bath is extraordinary with outside pool, overall a good stay, fair for the price.

Location is a bit far, not easy to call the uber, had to contact front desk to call rental cars for you.

I pre-booked my private ski lesson through the hotel and it was 50% cheaper compared to market rate. The hotel had a free shuttle perfect timing for my morning ski class and after a cup of coffee from my lesson, the next free shuttle was there. Although the free shuttle is not as frequent as most would like, go taxi app is also always available.The room was amazing. I went with my husband and my parents so we shared a room, the one with its on tatami. And also sofa bed. The room was really huge! And it had a fully equipped kitchen. Our view was also great. We just saw pure white snow. The hotel provides samue to wear around the hotel and we loved it!The onsen was great and it’s free! I went night and in the early morning (and no one was around at 6am). Food was limited choice but delicious! We had seafood curry pizza and seafood curry rice. Curry is a need in the cold weather. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The receptionist in the morning didn’t realise I had to get my ski gears from the rental place and told me to take the shuttle to the ski resort. Actually, she was supposed to call the ski rental place to pick me up (free pick up). So I had to call the ski rental place when I was already at the ski resort. But it’s okay.Food was limited choice. Would be great if they had some of their vending machines for food stuff.

The breakfast was amazing. We needed a nutritious breakfast since we had to ski all day, and the breakfast at One Niseko Tower was just what we needed. They had all sorts of Japanese and Western meal, and the menu varied every morning. (which helped us enjoy every single meal)

The facility was a bit aged, but they maintained it very well, and compared to the price I paid, I couldn't have asked more.

Unbeatable value, super friendly staff, an Onsen, great little bar and amazing restaurant. The only thing that could be improved is the location. So get a car and take advantage of this insane value.
