Pros +
- Incredibly quiet and peaceful with incredible hillside view. High quality design and construction. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff at concierge and the property in general. One of the best properties we've every stayed at.
Cons -
- Our only complaint is the onsen temperature was very hard to control and very hot! Also, the onsen pumps were a bit noisy! Everything else was GREAT, we'll definitely come again.
