    Pros +

    • Walk out to the ski lift, Niseko Village short walk and convenient bus ride elsewhere.
    • Convenience and location
    • Hilton has done well to have everything you might need under one roof for a ski holiday. Spa, Onsen and top rate concierge. Alasandra in the Melt restaurant was delightful to deal with.

    Cons -

    • Nothing of note
    • Very old , the bathrooms was awful for what you pay ! Very small and old .
    • I wouldn't stay here for the onsen. There are much better options around Niseko. There are no washing machines to clean your clothes. The hotel offers many dining options but all are rather pricey.

The location at the base of the Niseko Village Gondola is unbeatable and the reason serious skiers will pay a premium during the peak ski season. The staff are very well trained and provide exceptional service. The free shuttle bus to Kutchan is very convenient for accessing the supermarket and more reasonably priced dining options.

Great location with ample activities and easy access to slopes and rentals. However, the hotel very run down, small room, musky smelly and very very thin walls. Breakfast was very basic. Definitely wont come again.

Convenience when skiing. Shops and restaurants around

The staff were not friendly or accommodating. There was no clinic, on-call doctor, or emergency vehicle available, which is concerning given the hotel’s remote location and is a ski resort—these should be basic necessities. In addition, the rooms were not cleaned properly and felt very stuffy and uncomfortable.

    8MaureenPosted on: 1-14-2026

I liked that they have their own facilities like the ski and snowboard areas and gondola. And of course the fascinating outdoor onsen is my favorite. The view around is simply amazing. I also most esp loved the staff who were all helpful and accommodating.

There is an unpleasant stench from the old carpets throughout the hotel, a clear indication that itis quite old. The breakfast buffet is likewise disappointing despite the beautiful sight of Mt Yotei.

    9MariaPosted on: 1-13-2026

The hotel was very convenient and was at the foot of the ski lifts and rental kiosks. Their breakfast wet it onset was great as well.

It is a shuttle ride to hurafu area which had most restaurants.

    The staff and the location

The shuttle service in the morning was slow and difficult

hotel lobby is closed after 1130pm or 12am and cant get a drink at the lobbyhotel breakfast is same duration my stay so by second and third day is kinda of boring

It’s great. Ski in ski out. Been here twice

Not much sound proof. Noise hallways. Long walk from elevator to room. Pillows are too soft.

    10narumolPosted on: 12-13-2025

Location and equipped with abundant resources for ski resorts

Pillow is very weak and flat easily

    9NualaPosted on: 9-12-2025

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Quite remote, but the station shuttle bus makes up for that sufficiently. Be advised that the Internet isn't free unless you enrol into their rewards program.

Shuttlebus could use some more frequent times, particularly some later in the day to allow for easier commutes for lunch and dinner.

We had such a great stay at Hilton Niseko resort during our trip to Japan and China. The Chinese staff and Sri Lankan guy (sorry I forgot your names) at the reception were very helpful and attentive. My wife and my sons were very fun with the activities they provided at the resort especially snow rafting ❄️

Were there for 3 nights which the first day was 6th of April, the last day they operated for snow activities. We have to get to the other ski slopes. Anyways, it was fun! Such a great experience which truly was not any negative things we met

    Mt Yotei view is great.

Old, my room was strangely structured. The wash basin is not in the bathroom, right next to the entrance door. Not nice.

    10PatcharapornPosted on: 5-14-2025

Liked their outdoor onsen, fitness, and variety of breakfast & dinner choices.

For the onsen, if you're lucky enough not to have other guests who spoke loudly, you can have the best time there. The second night I went, there was a group of 3 persons who did not read the sign even though it was in their language, talked loudly and that was annoying. Me and my daughter must leave after less 10 minutes.

Can’t arrange higher floorDidn’t open at Niseko village restaurant

    9AndrewPosted on: 4-20-2025

The staff are very welcoming - we were there end of snow season so not many guests. Some restaurants were closed but the menus were still available in the main eating facility. Onsen was good. Teppanyaki was top dollar but good.

It has a slightly dated feel but not enough to be a problem.

    8YuenPosted on: 4-20-2025

The view from the room was excellent

The area is very quiet during low peak season. Have to drive out for entertainment or foods if you don’t want to eat in the hotel. Hotel buffet both for breakfast and dinner are so so only, not recommended with the price we paid.
