Great rooms, great staff, great location! Very clean, warm, yummy breakfast.

I hit my head like 3x over the week we were there because the doorways are not made for people that are super tall(190cm). Pretty common in Japan so you’d think I would have gotten the hang of it but nope

The staff was the nicest and most welcoming I’ve ever experienced! You feel like family while there and it’s easy to meet other guests in the common area. The daily breakfast is very hearty and they make as much as you can eat. The location is also great and right next to the lifts

Incredible location — walking distance to the Annupuri gondola. The staff are also all incredible. Miku, Shion, Kyle, Lara (and the remaining staff whose names escape me — sorry) — were all so friendly and helpful, and made me feel welcomed.

Not much! If is a little far away from grocery stores and the like, but the staff does a great job of keeping the lodge well supplied. The lack of these facilities also mean less of the noisy tourism, which can be seen as a bonus.

Our stay here was the highlight of our trip. The lodge was in the best location just a short 200m walk to the main slope, clip in and right at the lift entrance. We booked a room for 2. The room was a big size, especially compared to some hotels we had stayed in earlier in our trip.Breakfast was eggs, bacon, toast, ham or cereal. There was always more than enough for guest to eat in the morning, which was the best way to start.Kyle and Lara were very helpful - with the advice they gave and sorting out hire snowboard and boots to get delivered to the lodge. They were so welcoming and made us feel so comfortable.The shared bathrooms were kept clean and the host were all super friendly and helpful. The dining space and living area was a lovely spot to just relax and wind down. There was a fridge where we could keep snacks and food and drinks. Highly recommend staying here. Great value as well.

Fantastic lodge just a few minutes walk from the Annupuri Gondola!Super friendly staff who picked us up from the bus stop, helped us out with recommendations and we even went snowboarding to a few secret spots with them - really great experience!

Very convenient location, just about 5 mins walk to the lift, with some restaurant options nearby. The common area has a cozy vibe, sitting next to the fireplace, and enjoying our breakfast while looking at the snow is one of our favorite things. The staff are all very friendly. The shared-bathrooms and showers are always clean, highly recommend to stay here for your ski vacation at annupuri.

Lara and her team are helpful and accommodating. There's warmth in the house, and we felt it the moment we stepped in to their lodge.

Not them per se; but there's limiited food options in the area. Unless you have your own car, you can go to the city center.

The location was amazing and the staff were all super friendly and accommodating. We were a bit cold the first day and as soon as we messaged they turned the heat up in our room which we really appreciated. The mountain was so close it only took a few minutes to walk to the lifts and when we first arrived we were picked up which was great since we arrived with a giant suitcase. We would definitely come back!

Good location, only a few minutes to walk to the Annupuri ski lifts and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the place is clean, comfortable and quiet at night. Good breakfast too!

Location and the people that runs it.

The room I was staying at did have a little bit of smell, but once I open the window it’s ok.

I liked everything; Lara and Scott made me feel so welcome in the place, and the breakfast was delicious. The bus station is pretty close to the hotel, and the atmosphere of this place is magical; I wish I could stay longer.

It's probably just the water pressure when you shower; that is it.

Very friendly stuff, cozy and warm room, good bathroom, breakfast in the morning before skiing. It's located near Annupuri ski lifts, so it's not a problem to get to the slopes

Hotel was great. But it was not too much snow on top of the mountain, so top ski lifts were closed. And we had to use shuttle bus to get to main ski areas. But with opened ski lifts it can easily be done from slopes of Annupuri.

The hosts are super friendly and helpful! They made us really feel at home and were always ready to provide advice. The breakfast was good (western style) and although the rooms might not be the most elaborate, they were clean, the covers are warm and there is a nice lounge downstairs for if you want to relax. It's only a 3 minutes' walk to the piste.

The rooms could look a little nicer.

Many thanks to the hotel staff. We had a very late check in. The staff solved the check in problem easily. We liked the location of the hotel - close to the ski lift, within walking distance.5 min. There is a ski bus stop next to the ski lift. You can go to another ski area or another recreation area. At the entrance of the hotel there is a room for storing and drying ski equipment. Guests do not wear street shoes in the hotel. The hotel is very clean. Nearby is a small pizzeria and a bar. There is an onsen within walking distance. The bus to Sapporo Airport stops not far from the hotel. We are satisfied with the choice of the hotel. Thanks for a great vacation

What makes the place so wonderful is the great location. It is so close to the ski lifts, and within easy walking distance of restaurants and bus stops. The homemade breakfast provided every day was great! The staff was helpful. The cozy atmosphere allowed strangers from all around the world to become friends.

My lightbulb went out in my room, but it was quickly replaced. You can hear the other guests out in the hall as they walk, or run, to the shared bathrooms.
