- Staff was friendly and helpful, view was great, rooms were comfy and great service. I love the facilities and onsen! I had a lovely experience.
- Everything was great, the room the bed the bath the food the service the staff, everything. Except for one thing. The chair. I must’ve banged my feet and ankles on the chair in my room 100 times. The chairs legs are made of a substance harder than anything else known to man. Hurt my leg so many times. Who picked the furniture?
- Breakfast was excellent, with western and Japanese options. Service overall was kind and efficient. The location cannot be beat as the lift is seconds from the property and the village is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Timing around room cleaning could be improved - our room was not always serviced by the time we returned from skiing. Same with turn down service - occasionally the room had not been serviced by the time we returned from dinner.
