Kaloka Airport Hotel

Very clean, very close to the airport, and provided free airport service drop off. Comfortable bed. Good value for the money. Great entertainment live band and DJ on Saturdays. Shower water pressure and hot water were excellent. Breakfast was a 3.5 out of 5. This place seemed newly built, but was not... just very well maintained.

We booked a luxury room, but were given a superior room (lower value). We didn't complain because when our friends did, they said they were fully booked. After our friend persisted, they received a luxury room. The lower-grade superior rooms have you looking out a "window" to a corridor with people walking by or a bare concrete wall 6 inches outside. Be aware that you might want to stay on the rooftop bar until at least 11:30 pm because the DJ/band is loud. Come prepared with earplugs. Noise on the first floor was a bit better, but had the window issue described above.

Hotel was suprisingly very clean and comfort.Rooms are small but it was enough for the our purpose as a transit to west sumbawaat the roof top they made a very nice place to sit they had some music and live band not too loud so it was enjoyable.they had a power at each table so we could work as well.

towels needs to be renewed

Very well appointed hotel within minutes of the airport. Had the best nights sleep after a week of ordinary accomodation exploring the island.

Good location and nice roof top bar. The bed was very confortable. The staff was very smily and nice. 5 minutes walking to the airport terminal.

The reception charged our credit card on arrival for a deposit. At time of check out they didn't refund us. It has been 3 days and we don't have any refund from the hotel. Very annoying. I hope this will be fixed as I will not recommend this location to anyone.

Clean, nice rooms, great food. You can easily walk from the airport

The staff is absolutely kind and helpful!!! And the airport shuttle very useful.

The room had a window giving onto a very narrow corridor so the air circulation was very poor (there was a bit of a weird smell when we checked in) and for claustrophobic people it would be quite hard to stay there. I would recommend getting a smoking room instead of non-smoking to guarantee access to a window.

Great location close to the airport. Comfortable bed and great breakfast. Roof top bar and free airport transfer were bonuses.

Our room didn’t have a window which was ok for a one night airport transfer.

Relatively new and clean rooms with a hot shower. There is also a rooftop bar where you eat, chill and play pool. There is also an airport shuttle.

The biggest issue was the window in the room is to a corridor and the room does not get super dark -you will need an eye mask. The rooms aren't also soundproof. You can hear people walking by and talking very clearly and before 10 pm you will hear music from the rooftop bar.

Stylish and comfortable accommodation, conveniently close to airport. Delicious and accommodating restaurant.

Our room was too light at night because of poor quality window shutters. It was also poorly sound proof.

Fantastic staff. The chef was so friendly towards my daughter. Nice and convenient location near the airport.

Rooms were super clean and comfy. Really nice welcome drink in rooftop bar! Best nights sleep we’ve had in ages, the beds were so comfy! Staff were very helpful, and breakfast had lots of options.

Nothing! Everything was great

Very clean, very well renovated hotel. So close to airport. Comfortable beds. Attentive staff. Breakfast was delicious and safe. Laundry service available, as well as room service. Rooftop bar food was great as well. We will stay here again.

The place is clean ad tidy, hot water was appreciated after riding form Lombok all day.

This was one of the best hotels in Indonesia. Very quiet, modern with good ac and super friendly staff.

Expensive beer in the top roof bar.

Clean rooms and very helpful staff who spoke good English. Very close to the airport and decent rooftop restaurant serving western and Indonesian food. Room service available. Definitely a good place to stay for an overnight stop at the airport in a remote area.

We had a ground floor room so it was pretty noisy through the night. Also a bright light in the corridor which shone through the window all night - no block out blinds.

The Area outside & next door to our room was quiet. It is nice & comfy & clean. Great bed & A/C good. Bathroom amenities all good. The terrace dining space is great & getting even better soon. Breakfast is a bit of a scramble however this will improve when reno upstairs finished. Great to have free airport transfer, always smooth, efficient & on time. Very polite & helpful staff all round.

Bit crowded & messy at breakfast but will be fixed when reno is complete. Nothing to report here.

Good, clean hotel next to airport Has a good rooftop restaurant/bar

New, by the airport, free shuttle

Waiter’s English is not good enough, at the same time lack of communication and clarification skills, got order wrong multiple times. Missed some thing we ordered, in other cases served us something we never ordered…

Easy walk to shops & warungs, comfortable bed, nice strong hot shower, roof bar & restaurant was attractive & fun space, free airport shuttle.

Would be better to be able to have breakfast at the rooftop rest/bar….which after the work being done there at present may be in your plans?

Good location: 5 minute-walk to the airport. They offered us free transportation. The stuff was very nice.Wonderfull rooftop restaurant.
