The Oasis Khaolak Resort

Staff were absolutely lovely! Especially Bas! Really assest to Oasis resort! Location was a little bit out of Khao Lak but there is a few shops and restaurants across the road! Bedrooms were clean and. Comfy! Nice place to relax!

Thr STAFF is the very best!!! So friendly that I would always repeat only for this reason. They are always willing to make it easy for you.Rooms are fine and the swimming pool is fair enough for a refreshing bath anytime

Nothing to be with the resort. Only an advice for every visitor in Khao Lak. BOLT app is not working yet, so you will have to rent a motorbike or similar to move in this area. Standard buses and minivans are leaving from McDonalds in Khao Lak center to Khao Sok, Phuket...

The hotel room was lovely as was the breakfast, and the staff, Bas in particular, was super sweet. Nice to be able to rent scooter from hotel.

The pool was way too warm!

The property was well maintained, clean and well styled. The pool was a good size and refreshing. The staff so very kind and helpful.There are few restaurants or services near the property, you need get taxi 200 bht each way or hire a scooter for 250 bht per day from the property.

European breakfast was only option but was OK.

Super friendly staff went out of the way to make you very comfortable scooter rental at site was wonderful. The place was immaculate and always getting cleaned around the site.

Lovely clean pool easily accessible. Good size room , good shower room. Nice to sit on the verandah. Separate buildings means there was no noise from anyone else.

The only food available was breakfast but no other food or drinks. Not a big deal as there was a good place to eat nearby

The rooms were spacious, great air con, and superb staff! The breakfasts were always delivered with a smile. The manager was lovely and couldn’t do enough to help. Pool area very clean. Found the bed too hard and asked for a mattress topper/ this made it much more comfy- they rectified this issue straight away.

It was a little bit out of the way - about a 15 minute walk to the start of the beach resort Of KhaoLak or to restaurants on the main road.

This family run business is very comfortable, with a great breakfast and the staff were very helpful and friendly! Bass bends over backwards to be the very best host and ambassador for the area , including offering rides to the beach !

Although we walked to the beach and restaurants, the location is a bit far out ; however scooters and Tuk Tuk are readily available .

Stayed for 2 weeks over the new year and loved every moment. Bas and his family have been the best hosts, rooms are clean comfortable and a good size. There is a nice pool with plenty of sunbeds. Nice breakfast always served with a smile. Everything was fantastic but the staff are what make this a hotel to return to again and again Thankyou Bas we will be back.

The staff was awesome, also that the rooms are separate small houses is great, the whole area was super nice and clean, including the swimming pool :)We had a great stay!

The Hotel is located perfectly! Away from the busy roads in the center but super close to beautiful beaches and also the center. You drive 5 minutes in every direction with the motorbike, which you can rent for 250 Bath directly at the hotel. Also the staff is so nice and very helpful with everything you want to do and plan. The pool is super clean nice.We stayed longer than expected because it’s indeed an oasis :)

We love all the staff and everything about this hotel. Second time we're here and we'll be back for sure. Big ,clean rooms with a very nice breakfast. The pool is big and clean. The staff helps out with everything that you need.

A little to big pillows. Should be hangers for towels in the bathroom. Not a big problem...

Very nice place and friendly staff. Staff like to talking to customers and also can advice some places for you. Quiet areas for this resort. Room look good and clean. Have pool in the middle. We enjoyed it there. ?☺️

Beautiful pool with lights at night, was always looking forward to getting in the pool after a long day of exploring the province. Really nice staff, clean and spacious rooms. The staff can help you call a taxi, or rent a scooty w a nearby shop. Stayed for a couple of nights with my husband... Good ac, nice warm shower. Took a taxi from the center to get here. Peaceful and quiet cottages.

Spacious room with a huge counter space to put thing on.Has a safety box and good LED TV.Nice swimming pool.

Quite a bit of small black ants more irritating than anything.The shower water pressure is too low.

Just returned from a 2-week stay at the Oasis and it was absolutely perfect! Delightful owners, big clean rooms with a good shower, good breakfast and a nice pool and gardens. Peaceful location but still handy and is in walking distance to restaurants and Bang Niang and close to a lovely beach. Such good value for money too.

I stopped here a couple of nights on a cycling trip. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The room was super comfortable, very clean and nicely decorated. Good location too, very quiet, nice grounds and a good breakfast. I would definitely come back if I return to Khao Lak.

Bas and his team were just super super friendly. They gave you a great feeling right from the start upon arrival until departure. Bas even gave us a great transfer to our next Hotel in Khao Lak and showed us the temple nearby.The Hotel is also very nice. Nights are quiet, during the day you can chill at the pool. Everything is super clean. The rooms are comfortable and large.We would come here again!

This is a wonderful place where many guests develop friendships over many years of return visits. Doesn’t that say enough about this special property? The bungalows are clean and spacious with daily service. Breakfast is provided and everyone greets the guests with a “Guten Morgen” (most speak German, however kindly switch for English). The pool is a social focal point, but no noise, just friendly chatter and exchange of restaurants and other nearby points of interest as well. The two who run this place are so kind and cheerful with very good English.

Didn't like that our room faced west, would prefer an east facing room so that hot afternoon sun doesn't beat down on the room. AC kept up however.

Bas and the rest of the staff are very welcoming and kind. They made our stay wonderful and were very easygoing when it came to us bringing back our motorbike a couple of hours later than the period we rented it for. The rooms were comfortable and the swimming pool was nice and clean.
