Close to the beach, comfortable, friendly especially with the children

The breakfast was nice no more.Besides that it was wonderful

The rooms were a great size, the beds and pillows were comfortable and everything was clean. There were many pools to choose from, the kids club was a great feature and the breakfast buffet was awesome. All the staff we came across were very friendly and warm and always willing to help. Taxis are always parked out front with fares starting from 200 baht.

It's not necessarily something I didn't like but I had booked X10 in part for the swim up bar so my daughter could enjoy a fancy juice while I enjoyed a cocktail. Nowhere on the website does it say that the swim up bar is part of the adults pool and so we didn't get to enjoy it at all unfortunately. It would have been good to have that upfront as my daughter was super disappointed. The halls have poor acoustics so you can hear doors slamming throughout the day/night. It's about an 8 minute walk in the heat up the driveway so keep that in mind.

The staff, facilities including the activities for kids and in the evenings were great. The kids really loved it. Area is great as it is quiet but you are close to the town and can walk there.

Cleanliness was great but just one point was that there were holes in the sheets unfortunately

Great pool for the kids. Friendly staff, beachfront location. Rooms well maintained and clean. Family suite is a good solution for a family of 4 or 5.

No elevator in the building our room was located. The kids bathroom is suitable for little kids - no door or curtains.

We booked the 2 bedroom suite for our family of 5 which suited our needs and was large enough that we didn't feel on top of each other.We were incredibly grateful to receive an upgrade to "Half Board" as the main restaurant served a really good selection of food (both Asian and western inspired) and we all enjoyed trying different dishes every day. The staff in the restaurant are among the best we have ever encountered in any hotel - they are a real credit to X10 and in our opinion what makes the hotel stand apart from others.We would also highly recommend the onsite Seafood restaurant - the food was wonderful and the serving size enormous.The onsite shop has a good selection of items at prices you wouldn't expect from a hotel shop - definitely worth a visit.

The frosted glass panels and doors to the bathrooms are mentioned frequently in the reviews and like most we agree they are a terrible idea.The adults only pool - a wasted opportunity. I understand that there are couples without kids at the hotel and I appreciate that kids having fun and laughing is not everyone's idea of a great holiday - but during the off season (August) there was nobody in it!The coffee (insert sad face) There is a machine located near reception which is ok (sometimes) otherwise it's filtered brown stuff. There is an espresso machine in the main restaurant - but sadly not great beans.

Big property and very nice design. Few pools and thoughts about the small details

It was huge, so much to do and so many different places to swim. I love that it was right on the beach and that you could access the beach at anytime. There were plenty places to sit and relax. I loved that there was a spa, multiple restaurants and gym on site. The staff were so friendly and helpful! There were lots of places for the kids to play too. I loved that the resort looks just like the pictures online!

The staff didn't feel like they go out their way to help with different things.If you want to order something to the pool it takes ages to get a waiter and even longer to get the order.Location is not bad but always need transportation to go to town because it's a pretty long walk.

Hotel was very clean.Staff were very friendly.

Room always cleaned but hardly ever left clean pool towels. So always had to ring up or just used damp ones as we couldn’t be bothered constantly asking for more.If children age 13 are adult price, then they should be allowed access to adult pool. This applies to a lot of hotels.

Location of room overlooking adult pool. Nice and quiet. Most staff pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was awesome!

Staff at beach bar not always attentive. If busy, not acknowledging customer when waiting. Had to find a waitress clearing a table to place order.

Couldn’t fault it. Location is good but with small kids the driveway is a bit of a walk (about 500m to main rd) we would get a tuk tuk and that is a bit annoying because they charge 150baht each way and it’s such a short trip . Without kids - easy walk

The resort was nice and clean.Beach lovely.

There are not enough beds around the pool.Some of the staff are rude.We were told by reception and the lady who greeted us that children 12 and under were 1/2 price in the restaurant but were charged adult price.The first day we got there, we ordered satay chicken and chips chicken came out raw! We were offered some fruit as an apology.

Everything was amazing, the buffet breakfast, the pools, the location, the room and the staff. Would definitely come back again.

The property is only a year old so very new and up to date with large rooms and many facilities including a water slide and water play for the kids. The restaurant was lovely and the Beach Bar too.

It’s between 1.5 -2hrs out of Phuket so if you are looking for shows and markets it’s a bit far however we organised a driver for the day which was perfect.

It’s little set back from the main main of Khao Lao, but still walkable. It is also very cheap and easy to grab a taxi.

Was absolutely perfect! The room, the pools, the food, the staff. Everything was perfect. Very child friendly!
