The restaurant is way below par way way below.!. This restaurants food and menu options are just not good the language barrier is a problem also, breakfast is good,but it could be better as some of the food is very good and some is sub par language barrie

It was very pleasant and beautiful. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. The food was delicious (Andaman Cafe) and sitting within earshot was so relaxing.

We was upgraded from garden villa to Seaview villa. All villas were large with separate bedroom and sofa tv area with separate air con in each. Breakfast was good with the Thai option changing daily. Electric buggy from villa to reception if far (we was).

Very far from town ( not exactly the hotels fault) They had a shuttle but finished a little too early. Taxi to anywhere along Kao Lak was 350B each way which wasn't bad.

The most amazing location in between white beach and coconut beach. Pool beachside. Nice and quiet. Lots of amazing beach bars within walking distance. Breakfast was includeda d very good quality.

Charged extra for children’s beds on arrival despite them being on the booking, the accomo being suitable for 4 as a villa with 2 sofa beds in lounge so cost was just for the sheets. Negotiated a lower rate than the £40/night per child but did cost us £100 extra on the 6 nights. Check the small print!!!Drinks etc are expensive and 17% is added to the menu price.

Beach location was great

An iron in room would have been good, bit remote if you want to go for a wander, but taxis easily available

Breakfast was amazing - more than enough selection - both Thai and Western including two plates of bacon - one regular and one crispy - egg station for your favourite type of eggs, veggies, selection of Thai dishes, fruit, breads, sweets and wonderful selection of various Coffee.

A beautiful setting beach is the best in khoa lak .Breakfast was a little busy but had everything you could ask for

Good breakfast. Location right on the beach. If you want to go into town you need a scooter. Very friendly and helpful staff.Very nice complex with two pools - one in the garden and one by the sea. Beautiful beach.

Not 5 stars. Our request for a higher floor was not met with the note “fully booked”. However, it was very easy to see that the upper floors were not occupied. It seems as if the management wants to save costs by only repairing defective facilities when the guests complain about them. In our case: blocked shower, room not cleaned well on the first day and faulty telephone. After we complained about this, it was fixed immediately. Prices in the facilities are very high for Thailand.

Very bad and unfriendly hotel management

I have never met such unfriendly behaviour of the hotel management as I met here. I had made a confirmed and prepaid booking 6 months before the arrival and two weeks before the arrival the hotel sends a message that they do not have a room for us an that they have moved us to another hotel 10 km away. This is completely unacceptable. I had to send multiple emails to the hotel with very unaccommodating replies. Finally they said that that they can anyway provide the room for us. This battle ruined our holiday feeling completely.

Breakfast was phenomenal, the whole resort incl. the villa's very clean and comfortable. The personnel was very friendly and willing to help, without being pushy.

Maybe the costs of extra's like dinner outside the arrangement in the restaurants too expensive and annoying that commission and taxes were not included in the pricing. This however can be easily circumvented when eating somewhere else, which is super easy in the surroundings.Internet quality was very much something to improve however.

The beach is amazing. The hotel is not too far from lively towns and the staff is so lovely. The massages are also great.

It was situated on a beautiful beach. Breakfast was excellent, all the staff (bar the lady on reception) were delightful.

Miles from Khao Lak and you have to pay for taxis to get you there. They had 1 yoga class a week which only happened if you pre-booked and then only if there were over 4 other people who had booked !!

The room layout of the suite was very good and the location in Khao Lak perfect for us (very quiet, directly by the beach, also close to the surf beach).The minimarket is surprisingly well stocked with products from all around the world.

The hotel is huge. Upon checkin we received a room at the end of the property (left of the reception) and were really far away from the beach and the breakfast restaurant. Also the room smelled very bad and moldy.After asking twice we were offered a room change after two nights to the building A where not only the smell but also the location was a lot better and our experience increased massively.

I personally loved breakfast, bacon, potatoes and a great range of breads, pastries and fruit. Nutella was a big bonus too! Rooms were so nice, great living space and big room with a lovely bathroom The pools were always clean and towel station was so convenient. Staff were also always happy and lovely!

Good sized rooms. Good buffet breakfast. Quiet location next to the beach. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Bar area - Not much atmosphere and seating not very comfortable
