The hotel is truly beautiful

During our 3 night stay we had 3 cockroaches,a worm, and a frog in our room. And the staff did not really seemed yo care.I read about it in other reviews as well but the other guests in the hotel were truly awful. Again, the staff did not seemed to care.The staff was not very helpful like in other hotels.

We stayed for one night and everything was amazing. Great beach, very peaceful.

The choice of dishes for lunch/dinner at buffet could be improved.

The room was huge and very clean, it had everything we needed. The location is on an amazing beach and we loved sitting on the sunbeds . It is a beautiful resort and well maintained. It was perfect for our stay.

Great stay apart from our meal in MOF as that was below par, especially given the price point. Sunbeds need to be padded as they were uncomfortable.

Good location, with good sized room with sofas, large bathroom/ dressing area. Balcony area.Good pools and beach location. Friendly staff.Water provided everyday in room.Staff make a lot of effort for special occasions like valentines! A lot of effort to make the area nice for couples

Sun bed situation. Most were reserved before 7am.The hotel didn’t stick to its policy until 2 days before we left.Service charge included on everything even if purchasing a drink from the bar. Food not the best Breakfast eggs were undercooked if not hardened or an omelette.Buffet style meals or a la carte. Food is very expensive once service and VAT added.Some of the guests a bit rude but that’s not the hotels fault! Evening entertainment same couple most nights and out of time.. better to just not have it!

Some of the rules were a little odd, such as the allocation of pool towels above those in the room and the fact that rules around the reservation of loungers was entirely unpoliced. Minor issues though.

The villa was well laid out, and had a very peaceful private garden pool which was very clean.

We liked everything, the facilities that was heavenly you can even see monitor lizard, beautiful birds, white squirrels, tiny crabs; rooms, breakfast, late arrival snacks (they can just consider to make it vegetarian for everyone) the location that it was quite and peaceful that we felt happy to choose here.

Nothing exactly. The prices are high compared to Thailand but if you want a comfortable stay at paradise, it worths. And they have a big buffet of breakfast with their inhouse bakery if I remember correct but they do not have gluten free bread.

Accommodation itself was very spacious, comfortable bed, room cleaned daily to high spec.

Pool bar drinks were awful.

Nice location further up the Khao Lak strip on a quieter part. Lots of small bars and eating places along the beach. The Pool Villas were private, sizeable and very comfortable.

Staff had poor English and unusually for Thailand, were not overly smiley. There was confusion about a booking on arrival which was not clearly explained; essentially they had not processed a previous booking.com cancellation! Entertainment was French based only, so felt excluded.

The hotel still is very nice. The bungalows are spacious and quiet, the garden is beautiful. Pool area is huge and well maintained.

In theory the beach of the hotel is really wide so you could find a quiet spot. Unfortunately only on the right side by the pool area the beach gets cleaned. On the other side the hotel is not really taking care of removing dirt or the needles from the trees. It would be amazing if the hotel would do that and define this as „quiet beach part“ for those guests who really like to enjoy silence. On the other side by the pool the sunbeds are very close to each other and if you are surrounded by guests who like to talk it is hard to find a quiet space.

The room was ok once we had changed, the first one smelt stale and moldy

The breakfast was disappointing for the price compared to the Renaissance spa in Phuket

Amazing Resort direct at the beautiful beach. Rooms are spacious and super cozy. Staff and service are excellent. The pool is so amazing and the breakfast is very good. We had a great time in Beyond Resort.

the pool was nice but was completely dominated by one eu nation - who were all so grumpy. it’s for old people who are afraid to go to Thailand (for some reason) and stay in the hotel the whole time. Thailand isn’t for that it’s for seeing the culture - that type of holiday is Mexico - by the pool all day. Khao lak is t that nice either - I’ve been all over Thailand - there isn’t anything to do and the markets are inferior.

the approach and the pools . the staff were not very helpful and didn’t use common sense when all the power went out - we nearly missed a day tripwe booked . also there wasn’t many apologies when I had a rat in my room and the curtains broke - in fact they never fixed them

Third time at this resort. Amazing beach. Exceptionally spacious rooms. Great facilities.

The view from the villa (villa premier) was the neighbour's wall... - a ocean view would have been perfect

Not many restaurants within walking distance and hotel very expensive fir food and drink

a La carte menu did not change. some different specials every day would have been welcome.
