Beautiful location and the rooms were spacious and clean.

The aircon was not fantastic and very noisy. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as a lot of steps to get to the restaurant

This is the second time that we have stayed there and both times we found the resort perfect. The location is very good, it’s a 5 - 10 min walk to the start of the town and there is a few restaurants opposite Laguna resort which are well worth a visit. The big night market is 10 mins drive in a taxi at 300 bht and worth a visit for the bargains. The beach is very nice which you can access straight from the resort and never had a problem getting a sun lounger.

Beautiful hotel with nice and well kept surroundings. Very friendly and helpful staff and good service. Great breakfast with good selection of both international/western and Asian chioices.Nice pool area with plenty of sun loungers. Nice and spacious (Oriental) villa.Walking distance to many restaurants, shops and services.

Beach is good but not accesible during high tide, this really isn”t hotel’s fault though

Room was very dark but shower and room itself were good

Neat and clean.

Too many stairs and staff didn’t offer drinks around d the pool area you had to call them over.

Absolutely loved the breakfast, coffee bar, amazing pools and views. Just a beautiful location and setting.

Lovely to see the monitor lizards but also a little intimidating when with two young children. The room was also very noisy as we were placed on the main road.

We learned that Khao Lak Laguna resort is the oldest hotel of the bay which explains it traditional architecture and location, directly on the Nang Thong beach. We appreciated the fact that the hotel is very well designed, with large bedrooms with balconies. The breakfast buffet is great, located in a very nice building. Large choice of location of day beds which is appreciated in order to have some intimacy despite the crowd at this time of the year (january).The beach is very nice, great spot for long swimming session. The hotel also provides kayaks and paddles.

Since the beach is very nice, it is also very crowded but it may be quieter outside peak season....

The room was large and spacious, plus the hotel is right on the beach. Breakfast buffet has a live station for different types of coffee and drinks which is quite cool.Great vibes for retirees and families with little kids (80% of the guests).

The shower head in the shower area is wall-mounted and does not have a hose connected. The bathtub has a shower head with a hose but the area does not have a shower curtain so the bathroom floods when you try to use it.The facilities in the room look a little tired, overall slightly overpriced for what we paid for.The location is a little off centre where the night market is and costs THB 150 for a tuktuk with no Grab taxis available.

Breakfast & location were fine.

Bedding configuration for 2 rooms was not as booked but we made do. Not enough towels for all guests.More free kids activities.

Easy to walk to lots of places, Asian architecture, friendly reception, huge room, pool toys provided

The only thing I can say is housekeeping didn't provide enough towels. I had to call several times for me.

Property was clean and tidy. The beach is only one access right by the restaurants

Reception staff could not tell us about the room service give us the wrong information said it finished at 10:30, got back to the room and it said 11 o’clock tried phoning the numbers on the room service menu. Somebody answered once and said they can be back but never called me back. So no food after restaurant is closed last orders for about 930 maybe earlier?

The hotel was not a 4 star it was tired and needed a bit of work and upkeep Very disappointed with our choice of hotel The breakfast area was definitely needing an upgrade We have stayed in many hotels in the last 12 months on holiday and this was definitely not up to standard luckily we only had a 7 night stay there if I had longer I would have paid to move to another hotel

was lovely quiet peaceful beautiful views the room was nice ocean view clean nice beach bags and towels provided the pool area was lovely and clean. breakfast was exceptional so.much choice walking yo bars and cafes tuk tuk to night market 5 minutes

The location was on the edge of the main strip so nice and quiet. The pools were good always a subbed available

The restaurant and bar was a bit expensive but not ridiculous just the usual. The beach was not the best as high tide was right up to the pier.

The location was great, able to watch the sea and relax.

They offer the A/C amenity, but the equipment was not working for 80% of the stay. Attempt to contact staff for assistance, but they were not professional.

Variety, lots of fresh fruit and fresh bread. Hot cooking stations offering eggs and local food station too. Separate drinks station offered personally made up drinks like hot or cold chocolate, iced coffee etc

Change fruit offering, it was the same each day.Use less oil in cooking of eggs.Eradicate the birds as they landed on the food and pecked itDecor very dark with the brown wood, would modernise breakfast area a bit and receptionLots of steps, couldn’t see how a disabled person would manage.Not a lot of English spoken in reception, which led to some difficulties
