Great location to shopping, eating and the night market. Just a short walk to the beach.

The rooms were very humid and a little moldy smeeling

Tv has 5 news station and German and Thai No english movie stations

Position of the room was very good. Breakfast was not as good as we expected. often cold bacon and eggs.

Great location, staff and facilities. The pool is lovely, and the happy hour is a great deal with delicious cocktails. The buffet breakfast is very well catered and delicious. Everything you need is within walking distance of the hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful in every way. Would stay here again for sure.

We had the bay of romance room, and the toilet door is made of see-through glass, which makes it a little uncomfortable in terms of privacy. It would be great if they could fog the glass out.

Room was spacious with plenty of storage. It was a short walk to the beach and the shops in Khao Lok.

The breakfast buffet was comprehensive, but as a vegan family we would appreciate it if they labeled the food and had a few more plant-based options. They gave us oat milk for cereal and coffee and there was plenty of fresh fruit and bread and jam. The hot dishes mostly had meat.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable. I loved the pool access room—spacious and conveniently connected to a large swimming pool. The room had also been recently renovated, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Locations was perfect. Loved that the pools were sectioned out and each block had its own pool plus a “main” pool. The reception staff were great, very welcoming and super helpful. Totally would recommend this place.

Pools are too warm. Cannot swim in them. Balcony received no sun.

We stayed in room with direct access to pool, was plenty of space, modern and good value for money.

The cocktails served at bar were in small plastic glasses that didn't cool.drinks. normal cocktails served in glass so wasn't a pool rule issue.

Sensational suite.. spacious, spotless and so quiet. The staff were sensational and the location was elite… close to the beach, markets, walking distance to a range of exceptional restaurants. We loved this property. Best place we’ve ever stayed in Thailand.

Staff was great , very kind and pleasant, after we got our rooms they did everything to help and after complaining about several things in the room they immediately fixed the problemAccess to the pool directly from the balcony, lots of pools and great pool bar with happy hours

The first rooms where at bad shape and not so clean , the hotel immediately fixed it ( what they could ) and changed our rooms , the rooms on the first floor are much more recommend

Everything..spotlessly clean. Requested a certain room and got it. Couldn't fault anything Already booked for next year

We were in a pool access room, which was lovely.We paid extra for the luxury and convenience of getting into the pool right from our doorstep and wanted to spend a lot more time at the hotel. However, the people in the room next to us never stopped smoking, so it was not pleasant sitting outside of our own room as we then just had to breathe in their smoke all day long.I would only go back if there was a non-smoking section of the hotel with pool access rooms.

Our room no 1713 was lovely with a fantastic pool, The staff were exceptional with a special mention for Mrs Fon who was always so friendly and helpful.

The flies in our room no 1711 which the staff dealt with the problem immediately as we changed room to 1713.

That it wasn’t overcrowded with kids. Rooms were bright and spacious

An Iron in room would have been useful
