The hotel itself is well maintained, but the rooms are outdated and not so comfortable.

Closer to breakfast ending time there are a lot of things that are not available.We never had hot water in the morning, making us need to ask for maintenance every day of our stay (in all 4 rooms).Cleaning was poor, and we always had a bit of sand in the room.

The hotel is located quite centrally to all amenities and places to eat, hence convenient. Slight dissapointment is that it's not sea fronting - with beach, but close enough. There is a nice pool to chill. The staff were friendly and accommodating. For breakfast, it's buffet style but it's always the same kinds of food every day.

The place really needs some TLC, I assume it used to be really beautiful but over time it is starting to fall apart really.

The entire resort was quiet, breakfast was great. Good value for other food and drinks. Plenty of deals on drinks.

Beds were hard and pretty uncomfortable. That was our only fault. Clean, great value for money and Comfortable otherwise.

Great breakfast, nice room, lovely staff, super close to the beach and only 10 min walk to the Main Street. Great smoothies and cocktails from the pool bar too!

Found dead roach in room. Could not really sit on balcony due to mossies (not hotels fault). Needs a freshen up.

The pool is very nice

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was a bit disappointing. The rooms were quite small and there were a lot of mosquitoes, which made it uncomfortable to relax. The street around the hotel had open drainage all along it, which caused a very unpleasant smell.Additionally, the nearby beach wasn’t very appealing in our opinion – it felt rather dull and didn’t offer much in terms of scenery or atmosphere.Overall, the location and environment didn’t meet our expectations.

Location was great, short walk to bars shops and beach.We loved the breakfast, great variety that we all enjoyed, service was good and staff welcoming. Hotel was clean, pool sunbeds were always available and the pools was clean and well maintained. The hotel isn't huge so everything is close by. There was great frozen cocktails available and drinks were reasonable. Shops, bars, massages, laundry shops were very close by.Just be aware that whilst the beach is a short path across from reception all the loungers belong to the beachfront hotels and none are available to rent at this beach which we struggled with (more because we needed shade from a lounger/ parasol to be able to spend time there)

We requested and extra bed in 1 of our rooms (as a family of 5 we booked 2 rooms), the hotel confirmed this, however when we arrived there was no extra bed or sofa bed and we were expected to share a double between 3 - my kids aren't little. The reception offered no solution to this situation, we booked because they could offer an extra bed. Frustratingly other guests told us they had rooms with a sofa bed but they had booked as a couple so this option was available. It was a hot and uncomfortable week!

Very poor

The bed is not clean. There was blood on the mattress!!! Facilities are old, it is more like 2-3 starts hotel.

Staff were very good and friendly always smiling.Grounds are good with a large grassy area next to the pool which means there are always sunbeds available. Room was spacious and easy to cool.

Breakfast was average and buffet area busy

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms, and we were lucky to receive an upgrade. I'm giving it 8 stars only because the hotel allows smoking rooms. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the balcony as everyone around us was smoking — and that was the wing with the large family rooms. In my opinion, it would be better to have a designated smoking area instead.The staff were amazing and very helpful.The pool area was clean and well-maintained.The hotel is close to the beach and market, which was very convenient.

We came to The Leaf Oceanside as our first stop when arriving to Thailand for a 3 week holiday and we couldn’t have picked a better place - chilled and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff and amazing breakfast - it was perfect to get over the jet lag and get ready for our further travels. Thank you very much for looking so well after us.

Brilliant holiday, very happy to be able to show our son and grandchildren such a lovely resort. Perfect place for the " young at heart", young families or couples. Close to everything, great restaurant, easy taxis and tours. Terrific pools, lovely gardens,but like everywhere, mozzie spray is a must. The buffet breakfast covers all tastes and diets, including kids.The staff are all beautiful people, only too happy to assist your every need.The location is about 50 mins outside Phuket, but the resort offers transfers or there are heaps of taxis available. Light clothing essential as it is very humid,but cooling off in the sea or pool takes care of that. The room air-conditioning is essential and brilliant.
