SENTIDO Khao Lak

Breakfast was great, lots of choice, everything was fresh and yum.Room was great - good size, lovely and well appointed.Beach was amazing, beautiful and clean.

Room - the beds were really hard and uncomfortable, even with a topper.Beach - We were disappointed with how hard it was to get a sun lounger, as other (selfish) guests would reserve the bed all day from early morning until sunset, leaving the beds for hours at a time with all of their belongings left there so no one else could use. Also disappointing is watching other guests placing their sunloungers on the sand and even in the dunes, we know there was signage, but maybe it needs to be more obvious. We did see the staff talk to these guests and move the beds back.

Everything was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so friendly, attentive and helpful. Overall an amazing atmosphere. Great access to the beach for swimming. Very safe. Nice pool with a pool bar. Always enough free beds at the beach or pool with and without shade. Hammocks and swings at the beach. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds & pillows and great shower. Everything was cleaned perfectly every day. WiFi worked well. Dance and fire show program on a few days throughout the week. Aqua gym, yoga, etc. every day. Nice food at the beach bar. Lots of choices for breakfast but mostly the same every day. Not far from Khao Lak center with access to many shops and restaurant. Either a 15 min walk or 100 baht taxi ride.

I decided to take a solo trip to relax after a stressful period at work, and I’m so glad I chose SENTIDO in Khao Lak. I booked a pool access room, and the moment I walked in, I was truly wowed. The room was beautifully designed and felt so comfortable. What touched me the most was the body pillow on the bed ? – not every hotel provides one, and as someone who can’t sleep without it, I really appreciated that thoughtful detail. ?The in-room amenities worked perfectly, and even though it rained most of the time during my stay, the atmosphere was still so peaceful and calming. I originally planned to stay just one night, but I ended up extending for another night because I felt so at ease here.The breakfast was delicious, the cocktails were tasty, and the staff were all incredibly friendly – from the security guard to the housekeeping team and everyone in between. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of.I’m really impressed with this place and hope to come back again when the weather is better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful escape. ???

I was very disappointed with my stay. There was no warm water, the service was chaotic, and one of the staff members even opened my door at night, which made me feel unsafe and unable to sleep. Although some staff tried to help, the damage was already done. This experience does not reflect the warmth and safety Thailand is known for.

Our room had partial beach view. Very tropical feeling. So many stairs but very doable in our condition. Close access to the beach and pools. Restaurants were great and the location of the resort was much closer to 'town' than we thought it would be. Staff were very friendly and helpful! While the beach was fairly small, it was great for us.

Very few people speaking English and the resort was almost too quiet. Not much of a vibe for a resort. The evening show that we saw was somewhat lacking.

very friendly and helpful staff. the resort is strategically located and very easy to reach with a car, ample parking provided. close to many attractions like waterfalls and nature reserves. Very nice and extensive breakfast buffet.excellent Spa treatments.

the resort did have a bit the feeling of a retirement home because of its popularity amongst German retirees.

The staff was very friendly.More than enough pools to enjoy the sun. For the beach you have to be on time as people reserve their beds before breakfast. Towards the end of the day there were always a couple of beds free again.Breakfast, lunch and dinner are good. Instead of a buffet during lunch they opt for a la carte which we really enjoyed! Would def come back here!

The room was great and very quiet.Staff were fantastic particularly Marie and Jayne in the restaurant.The fooed and cocktails w2etre good and moderately priced.

There is very limited beachfront and there are never any sun loungers available so we had to a nearby hotel.

The location is very good just right to the beautiful beach.Breakfast is really disappointing, with limited choice of food, coffee is impossible to drink, too bitter and burned. Tables are not enough for so many guests. The hotel overall can be rated 3 stars.

Fabulous staff, they were so helpful. Great location and good breakfast and other dining options. Phiah in the spa was fantastic.

20 of us including small children. We had a truly fabulous time. Was perfect. Staff were all amazing. They ensured everyone was accommodated at such a busy time as best they could transfers and a private sundowner. Nothing was too much trouble. The place was Spotless and well maintained. Numorous pools one large with shade and swim up bar.  Lots of deck chairs everywhere.  Comfy beds large rooms with large fridges kettle bathroom condiments. Terrific food available and a huge buffet breakfast on beachfront.  Lotsa shady trees on beach. Walking distance to shops bars etc. Entertainment at various times. .

We had a bungalow on the beach the location was brilliant. The staff at the SENTIDO were the friendliest on our trip to Thailand and could we couldn’t have asked for more. Great location along the beach
