Beautiful resort. Friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. Loved our room with pool access

Lovely place to stay..the swim up pool was great..the location was perfect ..breakfast was nice..just across the road from the lovely beach..5 mins walk to the main street and a great bar next door called Woods

Lovely pool area. Delicious cocktails. Right beside the beach and within walking distance of the main road and restaurants.

Breakfast left a lot to ge desired. Hot food left to go cold- we believe this to be the reason of our food poisoning. Also Breakfast claimed to be until 10 but everything was being turned off and tidied away before 10.

The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the staff are so friendly. The hotel grounds are beautiful. I loved lying by the pool,no leaxing and quiet. The beach is a few minutes away. The hotels location is perfect, close to many restaurants and a supermarket. I had a wonderful stay here.

Amazing resort. Very good value for the money. Cool facilities like pools and small gym, spacious room with pool access. Everybody's nice - Bee Yaya has been helpful and the rest of the staff were super nice. Even at 4am they came fast to help us with the mosquito in the room.Thank you! Definitely will come back.

The location is wonderful, a short walk from the beach , bars and restaurants. We booked a swim up room which gave us our own space and the lovely staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Whilst I had a relaxing massage, my husband took the cooking class which he throughly enjoyed and I got to help him eat what he’d made .

Loved the direct pool access room with its balcony on the pool.

Bed was hard and some repair was required.

Our room not ready on our first night so given another room which we had to check out of before 12 midday next day and then we had to wait until after 3 in the afternoon to check into our eventual room. Felt like we wasted a day of our holiday hanging around waiting for room.

Rooms were well presented and spacious. Staff were extremely attentive and food quality was exceptional

Loved the rooms opening out onto the pool! Rooms were nice and clean. Location was good, straight onto beach and small walk to Khao Lak main street.

The view from the balcony / pool access area was just a wall and was very shady.

Khaolak Oriental Resort for adults is quiet, relaxing and beautiful place for couples. We had room with pool access and it was stunning! Hotel’s location was perfect and customer service also top notch. Special thanks to Bee and Yaya!

Somedays we would like to have cleaning little bit earlier. But you can handle this by calling to reception!

Really lovely hotel and staff. Exceeded my expetations. Sister hotel of Bhandari resort. We could have used services there too but liked more the athmosphere on Oriental side which was for adults only. The pool and breakfast restaurant were not crowded at all althought the hotel was fully booked. Selection at the breakfast was really good. Sunbeds were always available. Close to all services and beach.We spent four first nights with the pool view and three with the pool access. Both rooms were similar except the balcony or terrace. We liked both. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Smoking seems to be allowed on balcony/terrace but luckily our smoking neighbours did not stay for long.

Location was good and rooms were clean. Massage in resort was awesome

Too quiet. Leaking air con. Staff were not friendly. Asked for a queen bed and they put two singles together. Breakfast was also very average for the property.

The resort could probably do with a little upgrading although perfectly nice and comfortable it lacks the wow factor regarding the rooms , would benefit from new bathrooms and furniture

We had a wonderful stay there. The staff are very helpful the beer is cold and the food is good room was cleaned to a high standard every day. The pool was clean, although a little dated. We would definitely recommend it

The gym needs to be updated. Some of the equipment was broken and could be used
