Lovely, modern and comfortable, staff are delightful

Nothing. However if you have heavy bags, be aware that you will need to climb stairs with them to higher floors.. Also the bar is at the beach and not at the pool

Location location location . On the beach . Nice and quiet and a short walk to restraints and bars. The hotel itself was just perfect , nice friendly staff and so informative. Kids loved going from the pool to the beach and bodyboarding in the sea. Really quiet part of Thailand but not too quiet .

Shower wasn’t always hot. But sometimes nice to have a cold shower.

Breakfast was delicious and a pleasure to eat viewing the beach. Great location, nice pool, team is helping and nice, good value for money. Love from Israel!

Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms with good shower (best water pressure in Thailand ;-). We took a smaller family room and it was much more spacious than I expected. Breakfast was nice. Nothing extravagant but nothing bad. The pool is also fun, especially since you can’t always swim in the beach because of the waves. The location is great if you want to be in the center of town.

We’ve stayed at this hotel about seven times, and every time, we’re very happy to be here.It’s a wonderful place to stay: nicely renovated, with a fascinating view, a great location right by the sea, and very friendly staff
This time, we were here on my birthday, and the staff made me even happier. First, they gave me a lovely, delicious cake. Second, they decorated the room with balloons and a ‘Happy Birthday’ banner.

The room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was good, and the pool was always well maintained. There is also a small gym. Free parking is available, and they also provide free towels for the swimming pool. The staff were incredibly kind, polite, and helpful—such genuine hospitality cannot be found anywhere else in Europe. The beach is just 50 meters away. All that for only 28 euros per night for two people.

Staff could learn a bit more English.

Our family was very happy to stay here. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. When we checked in and out we were greeted by 2 lovely ladies. Apple and Aom. They spoke very politely. Rooms are very comfortable. We were able to have 2 adjoining rooms with an open door in between.Wonderful pool and easy access to the beautiful beach. The area also has many places to eat, shop and get massages.Very safe area. My family went for a walk every evening. Very easy walk to the main road that has many more shops and activitieBreakfast was wonderful. You sit outside and enjoy the beach view and breeze. All the staff were very hard working and polite.

Our first day we had some trouble in one of our rooms. Everything in the room was a bit damp and had a mold smell. But when we shared with the staff, they were very quick to move us to another room. Hopefully they will be able to correct the problem.

Everything is just as it looks in the photos. The staff is very friendly, you're just a stone's throw from the beach, and the pool is also very nice. The breakfast is excellent. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Khao Lak.

Soooo much to love about this place. I loved having breakfast by the sea every morning—with a nice selection of foods! We also loved the surf shop (Low Tide) located behind the hotel, which allowed us to surf almost everyday. **note that it’s only recommended to surf during low tide. The bed was SO comfortable—probably the best we’ve experienced so far in Thailand. The staff were so kind and always with a smile. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended a week! Hopefully we can come back soon. P.S. book the sea view room, very much worth it, even if you can’t “see” that much of the sea.

breakfast included; eggs made-to-order, cereals, ugly looking sausage/ham (not my jam), espresso machine, tea + milk, and several rotating thai dishes (noodles, curry, rice, etc). Considering the beach view, a good value when included with room, but not great for 300baht

My booked room wasn't available, rooms are musty due to humidity, couldn't negotiate a discount in spite of the fact I left early and didn't need a breakfast.

Before our friend moved in, I asked the staff to decorate the room — but they went above and beyond.First, Khun Dexter and Khun Toeng surprised our friend at the reception with a birthday cake ?.Then, they beautifully decorated the room with balloons and a “Happy Birthday” banner.We were all amazed by their efforts. The breakfast was great, and the location was so convenient, near the beach, and very accessible from the main road.

Big and spacious room with comfortable bed and big bathroom. Their branding details are cute and well thought of. There are drinking water stations in every floor and glass bottles are provided so you can get as much water as you want for free, great solution to avoid the use of so many plastic bottles. The beach is a short walk away, however it was raining during our stay and we couldn't enjoy much of it or the swimming pool (monsoon season- early June). There's a mini-mart right outside the hotel with the essentials, comes handy since there aren't many stores/restaurants nearby. Very quiet and peaceful place with few people

It was quite humid and moldy, the room smelled of mildew and nothing dries, of course the contrast rain didn't help... The location isn't THAT great, you need a car or take a grab to go to the main area. There isn't much to do, we stayed here as a half-way point to Khao Sok (looking back, we could've gone directly to Khao Sok)

Price is resonable with this location. Bed is comfortable.

Good selection for breakfast at excellent place on the beachfront. Loved the relaxed feel of that little bar/restaurant, quite a contrast from the very concrete rooms. Room was big, comfortable and clean .

LOT of mosquito. Too much chlorine in pool.. VERY slippery tile floors.

Super king bed and not hard , loved it.Breakfast was a good buffet of fresh, Thai and western. Espresso coffee machine was a nice touch.

Concrete floor and walls meant first day everywhere was wet with condensation. I guess we arrived immediately after it was mopped. Second day we left air con on 21 degrees while out and it dried the room nicely

Neat place. Location is perfect just by the beach. The room was clean and in my opinion well decorated.

The only thing is that the room feels damp but the place is just by the beach so I don’t know if they can do anything about that.

Rooms are like new, great mattresses, big TV, and all clean, great choice to stay in Khao Lak in a budget

Great location on the beach and within walking distance of good bars and restaurants. A little further to supermarkets and shops.

The room was damp and smelt. The stark concrete finish may have looked good when it was new but looks dirty now. The block we were in looked like something that resembled an old abandoned warehouse. The floor of the room was beginning to degrade and it was impossible not to take concrete to bed with you. Make no mistake when you see the pictures online the rooms don’t look half as good in reality. If we hadn’t booked and paid in advance we would have turned around and walked out immediately.
