I thought it was way over priced and the service was not commensurate to the cost.

The hotel has no parking, very few spaces on the street. There is also no elevator, so if you have difficulty climbing stairs, take the rooms with the pools.

Loved the swim up pool to our room and location.

Our room smelled a bit damp but wasn’t an issue and we were there in green season. Kids club was very quiet with no other kids doing the activities which was a shame as my daughter would have loved to have met some new friends.

On the beach, very helpful and friendly staff and near the town. Spa & massage were excellent. The trips were organised by the hotel and the driver was most helpful and spoke good English

The arrangement of the beds in room - they too wide. If they were twin beds , they could have more families.

The location of the hotel is perfect as it is right on the beach and close to bars and restaurants.The night market is also within walking distance.

I had booked a deluxe pool access room as it was a birthday trip for my husband. However there is very little privacy with these rooms as there are sunbeds directly opposite, on which anyone can sit on. For the price of the room I would have expected better, and therefore would not book these rooms again. Also the sunbeds were packed close together by the pools and therefore we chose not to stay on them during the day.

The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. It is within walking distance to the market and the main road. And the whole resort is huge! All the staff was friendly, smiling and very serviceminded.

We had a room with direct pool access, but there were many loud kids all day. We were expecting a nice and relaxing time, but got a lot of noise. It would be great if the resort could have adults only areas and family areas.

An amazing hotel, great breakfast, the pool access room was fabulous.

The hot water in the shower run down quite quickly, especially around 18:00 o’clock

We had a sea view room which was great but the only down fall was that the pool that we stepped out from our room was not cleaned once whilst we was there which was disappointing because they was a lot of leaves and dirt.

Amazing grounds and gardens. Pool access room was amazing. Everything was very clean quite well maintained. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices. Lovely atmosphere overall. Not much to fault.

Some aspects of the room layout could be improved. Eg no bedside tables, no actual door on toilet.There were mosquitoes in our room because cleaners leave door open when cleaning the room.Breakfast line quite long for eggs and coffee.. and toaster. more staff needed for the number of guests.

People, food, location and beach view. Rooms very big and gorgeous perfect thai experience.

The hotel is outstanding from check in to the housekeeping to the waiting staff amazing. Beautiful room we had a deluxe seaside king room room 8322 which looked on to the main pool and sea

Nothing everything was perfect

La Flora was exceptional, The room we originally booked was unavailable and they opted to move us into one of the rear buildings. We were not happy with the location so they upgraded us into another of the walk in pool rooms at the front facing the main pool and beach. The girls at reception were fantastic and made our 9 night stay the best it could have been. The room, in every way was just superb.

Not a thing. Everything was just right.

Facilities, staff, gardens, pool, eating area, location, entertainment, breakfasts, gym, beach, rooms all fabulous. Also the resort had 2 golf buggies with drivers to take us up to the main shopping and restaurant area for free.

Breakfast was so good and location also amazing, pool could have been open late

It’s was stay, but house keeping could have been better, every day she forgot something

Bit rushed at check-in.

The location is closer a wide variety of restaurants, local eats and market. The beach is decent and ok swim up rooms.

The breakfast while has a good variety but is not really delicious. The swim up rooms have a lot of mosquitoes I think due to bushes on both sides of back sliding doors. The kids splash area is small and the infinity pool is rather small.

great buffet breakfast, beach access, beautiful pool & sunchairs, generally friendly & helpful staff, awesome location. Quiet room, reliable electricity and nice bathtub.

Wifi mostly slow and even drops out at times :-(
