Tuna Bay Island Resort

The staff, cleanliness were all good. The location of property is really nice and very quiet and family friendly. Guests staying were also decent and we felt safe.

We understand it's a 3 star hotel, but there was no room service, no TV in the room. Water had to be filled from the restaurant, was not sent to the room. Guests weren't allowed to wear shoes in the restaurant, which was annoying.

Amazing resort! Tuna bay is better for snorkelling than long beach , the resort is a gem I will definitely be going back there soon ? very friendly people and amazing food, the restaurant offers a verity of choices ! Highly recommended

Not much variety of food for buffet breakfast.Every day they serve Asian noodles, some potatoes, bread. The fruit didn’t have any flavor.

Lovely resort. Beautiful beach, clear water with reef and lots of fish. Good food in the restaurant Snorkeling trips and diving on site.

It was a little choppy travelling from Kuala Besut due to a rain storm. The rooms are a little bit dated and despite being in a deluxe seaview room with sunbeds on the balcony there were mosquitos in the late afternoon/ evening which made it difficult to sit outside.

The bungalows are fantastic. Enough space in the room, porch, water to clean your feet before getting in. It’s the small details that made the difference.

Top location, top staff, great restaurant with a wide selection of Western and Eastern food and a nice beach with snorkeling facilities right in front of the resort! Our chalet with hill view had everything we needed for our snorkeling trip: comfortable beds, a good airconditioning and a warm shower. But what makes this place so special is the staff: from the reception lady to the bartender, the cleaning ladies, cooks and restaurant staff, everyone was equally nice, warm and welcoming and made us feel like home!

Beachfront resort. If you want to just relax and chill the whole day at the beach then this is a place for you to stay. You’ll get privacy and quiet time for yourself

Food could use some improvement

Great small reef right in front of the hotel, even better reef 20 minute walk down the beach. Had to work the first couple days of the trip and the WiFi was perfect in the room.

We loved the beachfront chalet and definitely worth paying the extra for. The food in the restaurant was great and all the staff were incredibly helpful.

Amazing location, the staff is super nice and helpful. We had an amazing time!The location is ideal and super easy to get water taxis to explore the islands. The beach is beautiful and comes with umbrellas to protect you from the sun.
