Loved the room especially the washroom and the bed was very comfortable as well

The bathtub was dirty even after I filled it with water a few rounds so we only used the shower

I liked the beautiful beachfront location, the peaceful island atmosphere, and the stunning ocean views. The resort was well-designed, clean, and comfortable, and the facilities like the pool, spa, and dining areas made the stay very relaxing. The staff were also friendly and attentive, which added to the overall experience.

The room is comfortable, and it’s easy to order a golf cart to get around. The shower and bed are very comfortable, and the beach is perfect.

1. We ordered full board, but it was a disaster. They gave us a very limited menu to choose from and only one drink per person. It felt like a waste of money.2. We got sunburned and visited the emergency room. They wanted to charge us for the visit and did not provide the cream properly. We were expected to come by every day to pay for the visit and have the same cream applied.3. The food was very basic, and the hotel was boring with no activities or entertainment for kids. We had to walk to the village every day, where we had much more fun. I would only recommend this hotel for couples who want to enjoy the pool.

Cocktails were very badThere was a slice of cheese on the swimming pool floor for over 24 hours (no one cleaned it)Very few sunbeds in the adult swimming pool for the amount of guests, and lack of control of people leaving their stuff on them while not using them for hoursBad service overall, some examples:1. We were missing drinks and when we remind them they just ignored us2. Told us to walk to the jetty at checkout, but used the buggy for all the rest of the guests

Would be great if there is a grocery shop within the resort and a better way to go to Long Beach

From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed, not just as a guest, but almost like family. From the duty manager to the housekeeping team, everyone greeted us with a smile, always ready to help with kindness and warmth.One person who truly stood out was Syahrul, one of the golf cart drivers. His cheerful attitude and sincere willingness to assist us, no matter the time or request, made our stay smoother and more enjoyable. It’s people like him who make a place feel special.Being in a tropical environment, we did come across a gecko in our room a few times, which is completely understandable. What impressed us was how quickly the staff responded each time, showing up within minutes and handling it with professionalism and care, never making us feel like we were a bother.From the delicious food, peaceful surroundings, and incredible diving/snorkeling center, to the small thoughtful gestures from the team, everything came together to create a truly memorable trip. This resort is not just about beautiful views or luxurious rooms, it’s about people who genuinely care.I would return in a heartbeat, and I recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a sincere, relaxing, and heartwarming island escape.

We liked the buggy transportation service, the multiples pools, the diversity of the activities offered, the private beaches and so on. The breakfast as well as the dinner were really good. The staff were nice and very friendly too so it is fair to say they made the difference.

Room size, view, staff hospitality was all amazing

Breakfast is good, but dinner was not the best. No lots of choices. I would love to see more from Arab or western kitchen.

The resort is amazing!! We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay there. Everything is super clean and well thought out. It’s a big resort but w the buggy we could easily get around. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would come again!

- Nice views from the hotel, though that's true for any location on this island.- Multiple playing areas for the kids.- The staff is generally friendly and welcoming "kinda".- Family pool is nice and big.- Ferry experience was ok .

- The room wasn't ready at the 3:00 PM check-in time and was only available at 4:45 PM.- Our luggage was delayed and didn't arrive until 5:15 PM. If you're unable to effectively manage luggage transfer to our rooms, please let us take care of it ourselves.- The bedding had a blood stain from the time of check-in and was only replaced after I insisted on it while being present on the 3rd day.- Geckos are everywhere—it's part of the natural environment—but be cautious unless you're comfortable sharing your bed with them. Alternatively, you can wait two hours for housekeeping to arrive, though they won't not be very helpful.- Adult's infinity pool could be better.- Food experience is okay for a 3 star hotel.- The golf cart service can be slow when transporting you to various locations within the resort. Also it doesn't go to the main dock which wasn't mention on the website, if I have disabilities "Remember not all disabilities are visible" stay in the resort.My advice, though a bit late for me, is to go to the Long Beach. You'll likely find better options there, as it's much livelier and you can easily reach any destination using the taxi boat.

A wonderful hotel! It’s a haven of peace with exceptional facilities, offering every comfort you could need and much more. But above all, what truly stands out for me is the team — everyone is incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, making sure we had absolutely everything we needed. In fact, it was thanks to the hotel staff that we didn’t miss our return ferry; they warned us we were about to miss it, rushed us to the port, and we made it just in time. Honestly, it’s well worth paying a bit more to stay at this outstanding resort.

The location was fantastic as well as the room that was clean and with a beautiful view!The staff was very friendly. Another gem is that you have two accesses to two amazing beaches (for instance romantic beach). Breakfast was delicious and we had lots of food options.

Two days before the check out we asked how we could get to Kuala Besut Jetty because our flight was going to be at lunch time (keep in mind that the hotel ferry covers transfers only from 12 until 4 pm). The reception told us that we would have to go from the Marriott to coral bay (by taxi boat) to get the public boat. Given that situation we decided to book a taxi boat from the hotel to Kuala Besut to then discover that the public boat was going to make a stop to the Marriott Jetty. I would suggest to direct better clients on the check out when the hotel ferry can’t pick you up. Apart from that everything was fantastic! We had a wonderful time

The staff went truly above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and respected. The rooms were spotless and had a modern feel, and the facilities were amazing. Loved joining the different activities organized by the hotel each day. My family enjoyed the stay here greatly and we can’t wait to be back.

The room very spacious, the food during breakfast and dinner quite delicious.There are so many lap pools and the staff very friendly and helpful. They are all smiled everytime.

I booked Sunset view room, but the staff at the jetty registration change the room by saying it was an upgrade. However, i checked the room price it was a downgrade room. They said they managed to get sunset room.However, when i check in the room, it was a jungle room, not sunset room. Once again, i had to call the hotel supervisor to change the room. The checked in itself wasted around 2.5 hours. I had to asked for the complimentary dinner without being offered. I dont expect the 5 stars hotel services would be like this.

Every staff member I encountered was polite, helpful, and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. The buggy service around the resort was incredibly efficient and convenient — available at any time with just a quick call. The drivers were always so friendly, and it made getting around the resort so easy and enjoyable, especially after a long day of exploring.My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean and tropical greenery. Housekeeping was impeccable, and the little touches each day made the stay feel truly luxurious.The food was another highlight fresh, flavourful, and thoughtfully curated.
