    • A charming heritage hotel, in the beautiful town of Mount Ābu, with some lovely original features, particularly the dining room.Located in a quiet area, within easy walking distance of Polo field, Nakki lake, bars and restaurants and plenty of shops.A very good and warm welcome.Good sized room with two balconies with views of countryside.Lovely garden area.Decent breakfast. We had a lovely couple of days and would recommend. It would have been nice if some sun shades were provided in order to thoroughly enjoy the peace and surrounds of the gardens.
    • We were in the annex. After reading some of the reviews I was a bit apprehensive but it was fine. The room was large, there was a nice terrace, the staff was great. The food was good. Altogether a nice place.
    • breakfast was good, staff courteous!

    Cons -

    • It was rather expensive, that could be why there are a lot of disgruntled voices in the reviews. Also a little grubby.
    • no running hot water and generally poor facilities. no good value for money.
    • ELECTRIC SWITCH SHORT AND FAN NOT ON BED AND DINNER NOT HEALTHY

The location, amiable staff, the room was spacious, clean, with a beautiful balcony, I had the best palak paneer ever!Over all a great experience, I will definitely come back

It seemed that electricity wasn't very stable at my room, but nothing that would make my stay less comfortable.

With very less options in menu, the food was amazing and had consistent taste, Clean room, and beautiful view from Balcony, Choose superior room and you will know it.

    6SybillePosted on: 5-7-2024

The rooms were nicely furnished and spacious, location and view were good. There is a lot of potential but for that price one can expect hot water and an appetizing breakfast.

Hot water was an unresolved issue. The room in the annex had a sink smell. The breakfast was really unsatisfactory and very late. Even the chai didn't taste of anything other than sugar and the toast was dust dry.

    Food and staff is good

Facilities not as per standards. There was a power cut off one day. And the hotel would shut down the generator. You would have to request them again and again to switch on. And after sometime they would switch it off again. The curtain blinds didn't work which would restrict the day light and the entire room would be dark. We selected this hotel thinking of they are charging 7k for a night we would have best of the facilities but it turned out to be worst experience.

Staff is excellent and honest I forgot my gold chain and the Manager Ashok Sing found from my room. Also he send the chain with another guest same day. The breakfast was great. Hotel was clean with renovated bathroom. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

    Nothing, Everything was great.

Hotel is nicely located, rooms are spacious. Very positive thing about this hotel are delicious breakfasts.

Unfortunately, cleanliness is not the strongest side of this hotel. Bed linens and towels looked not so fresh and clean. For 20 thousand rupees per 3 nights- I would expect much more. Second thing- rude staff at the reception desk. I wanted to complain about dirty bed linens- I went to the reception desk and spent there more than 15 minutes....Waiting for the reception guy to kindly notice me. Yes- I was there and he was talking on the phone, just a chit- chat with some buddy, laughing and making fun....While I was there waiting to be noticed. Finally I gave up. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Breakfast spread is minimal. The kind of Price they have that is INR 7500 per night and the kind of facilities they provide doesn't relate. The only good thing is the property and rooms. In bathroom they have Bath tub, But you cant use it. What's the point then? You have 3-4 items in breakfast? I feel that hotel is over priced. It should be somewhere at 3500 per night with these kind of facilities. Hotel is very near to Nakki lake and tibet Market.

    6PratinPosted on: 9-24-2023

    Pleasant

No provision for driver stayThey didn’t provide mineral bottled water. They gave us water jug instead. Food is ok at their place. No food at room. Room service is ok. Bath tub has malfunction , do not have clog!!! After asking they said bath in bathtub is not permitted. Need more professional staff

The food was good and the location is nice too. The places to visit are nearby.

The rooms are spacious but were not clean enough according to the prices.

    4SunilPosted on: 8-9-2023

Breakfast was very good on a daily basis.

Room, Interiors, furniture maintenance was pathetic.Sofas and chairs well in a broken condition. Not usable.Bed linens were also of poor quality and hygiene.

    4PsakhamuriPosted on: 7-14-2023

Very little. The person who showed us to the room was nice and pleasant. The toiletries were of good quality. The hot water was good.. there was sufficient drinking water.

The hotel was a heritage hotel with many stars that has no bar and it us not mentioned. In addition it serves only vegetarian food and the same is not advertised on the booking site prominently..The bed is very hard and uncomfortable. The dining area.is like sitting in a enclosed corridor. The actual dining area has one small table that was full and large table for a dozen. You had to sit in the corridor like place in a palace. I needed to leave early but wS told that breakfast will be on only from 8.30. Quite a laid back place. Not a business traveller or a tourist's pla e for the money paid. At check out the credit card machine did not work and luckily my.UPI worked to pay them cash as per a QR code. Hope the money goes to the hotel.

Excellent location, near Polo ground and Nakki lake. Earstwhile Palace building which has been renovated and new wing added. We stayed in superior rooms in New wing and the rooms are superbly maintained and bathrooms neat and clean. Dining hall has an old world charm with old photos/artefacts/furniture etc.One 1917 year photograph of Maharajas of princely states and Viceroy of that time is the cetrepiece. Beautifully landscaped garden adjacent to the nice parking lot.Rooms had attached balcony overlooking the valley behind. All in all if, you are the one who is inclined towards old-world charm...then this place is for you.Would like to come back again.Staff is excellent and well behaved, both manning the reception and doing services..God bless them!

    Nothing worked

Nothing worked in the hotel. Bath tub has no stop cork, bathroom was dirty, breakfast was served too late, and no variety in breakfast.

    9LydiaPosted on: 12-23-2022

It is a noble and distinguished hotel dating back to British India which here and there needs a little bit of renovation but looks really great and interesting. We had a beautiful, big room with a wonderful view of the mountains. We liked that a lot. The bathroom was old but very clean and there was always hot water. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was rich and really delicious. We also liked the dinner a lot.

Since my husband suffers from severe dust allergy, we did not like the old carpet in the room. But on our request it was removed straight away, so it had caused no problem.
