- Rooms, especially the toilet was in very bad shape. Staff was ok. I would like to highlight the kitchen staff, it was better than the front desk. Last day, with no booking, they knocked on the door at sharp 10 am, whereas, we requested a 30 mins delay checkout, to which they agreed and later refused. I think ambience and hospitality is one area they definitely need to work upon. The location is good, but the weekend surge in prices is too much as compared to the facility and amenities.

Excellent location and excellent room for 3 members with a double bed and a futon. Very clean and nice ambience, close to city. Since we were for field work the hotel being on road it was very easy to come out of the city quickly

The hotel was more like Chandni Bar. The curtains, the floor, no hot water service, the staff woke us up,
Hospitality and Friendly Staff. There was medical emergency during our stay. It was well handled by the staff and the by the owner which is the best part. Owner made the arrangements in the hospital which made the treatment easier.
One room was really suffocating as it don't have balcony. We had to chose that room because other rooms don't have side bed as reflected in the image at the time of booking. We were traveling with kids so extra bed was required.
