This property is very good, Well maintained and clean spacious rooms, Polit staff, The owner was also very good and friendly, it is very near to the city center, parking was also available,, Lover to stay again with family...

Location is very Good.

Property required maintenance.Breakfast is pathetic food also pathetic.Swimming Pool is under maintenance however same was not clear at the time of booking

Location is good. staff is very co operative. service is very nice. My stay was really pleasant.

Rooms are big and spacious. Housekeeping needs a lot of improvement. They don't clean the rooms on a daily basis. My daughter broke a glass by mistake. Had to chase house keeping multiple times for them to come and clean he pieces. Food menu is simple, but lovely. The 2 huskies they keep are hyper friendly. My kids loved playing with them.

Very very old and badly maintained property .. Rooms balcony windows has gap and all the cold winds gets into the room during my stay in the peak winter of December. Since I was staying with my family , I had to close those gaps myself by pushing some newspapers in those gaps mid night .. no hot water was available… furthermore , shower towels , bedsheets are totally worn off.. I really had to escalate it to get the room changed next morning … but the overall experience remained pathetic ..

Only location and food.

Very bad hotel and not clean at all. Not as per the expectations and not recommended to anyone.

I didn’t like property ,I got 1st room which was dirty ,after asking to change got new room but again same quality of room ,gutter was flowing in front of room ,dirty smell during all my stayParking was very difficult in small area

Nothing special

Against the facilities provided, rate was quite high for the room. Interior was quite old. Proper steamy Hot water was not coming from the shower or taps. Water was just warm. Those kits( dental, personal care, shaving, comb) were not provided. Bath linens were leaving fabric fibers on body. Very limited items were were in the Breakfast.

The room was good. Even the staff was very nice and calm. They were helpful as well.

Because of the amenities they mentioned, we never got that at staying time. And the frontdesk lady attitude is very bad. After finishing our stay, she stopped our family members there because she never found payment, which we paid through UPI. That was a mistake between his accountant and frontdesk not being involved in the guest in your matter again.What was that gesture. I don't like at all.

Breakfast was not good, very limited item. Also test was not good. Location was ok. Room was not clean, some foul smell was there. Moisture was there in room. Telephone was not working. It was difficult to connect with room services, housekeeping, etc.

Cleanliness could have been better. Room services could have been better. Basic facility could have been better, etc.

Our stay was not comfortable. The neighborhood guests were extremely annoying and noisy. Bad smell.

I didn't like anything.

1. There is no point in investing money .2. what has been told is not that .3. The price of the room should be Rs 1500 only .4. The bathroom was not cleaned .5. The AC is not working for a long time .6. This property does not have even 10% of the facilities mentioned .7. The bathroom exhaust fan is not working for a long time .

Location is central to Nakki lake and other main attractions. Staff is helpful . Property is old so some dampness is observed but they are cleaning continuously. Small garden for in premises. Had buffet breakfast but with limited options .

Bathroom amenities like hook had dust and was not that cleaned . They can improve here.

Hygeine issues, and hotel staff has it's own dog which roams all over. Atlst they should mention that they have a dog so that only those people will book who are ok with pets and it's poops.Also, rooms were stinking initially and then it reduced, it should be treated as well..
