Staff was friendly

The location did not look like in the pictures.Hot water only runs from 7-10am.Staff was hesitant to turn on the AC. Coffee was horrible.Washroom was clean but still stank of drainage.

Waste of money

The place looks totally different from what it is shown in pictures. Rooms are too small. The washrooms were not clean and were smelly. The amount we paid for the rooms was 3 times what they actually deserve. The experience was a total disaster and a waste of money.

The rooms were located on the 4th floor with no elevator, making them inaccessible for elderly guests. Basic amenities such as toiletries and a kettle were not provided. Additionally, the bedding was not clean, which made the stay uncomfortable.

they advertise false advertise, different property, not this one they have different motel on different floor room is too small is far from city dont book this property is not worth it for money my room was in third floor there is no lift i am very disappointed dont west money on this property

Worst experience.

- Staff not supportive. Not giving proper solution for the problem. Always gives excuse to issue. - Tv charges are included but the TV is not working. After complaining, the issue still does not get resolved for 1.5 days. - while booking they mention hot water available 24x7. But each time we want to call reception and ask for hot water. - Room size is too small. - outside noise is also disturbing.- Far from the main city.

High prices of menuNeed to improve bill system because they don't inform Cust transperantly. check out time we received 7500 rs bill for 2 time meal for 4 adult 2 kids 450 rs dalbati per plate price Aloo paratha 180 but it's too high costing

Rooms were ok, but not value for money. We took 3 rooms and those were not in a series. We wanted adjacent rooms but we didn't get. This was little off

Everything.Its is not what it looks like in the photos.1. There was no complementary water. If you want buy then they ask you for double the prize.2. The rooms were tiny. 3. The entrance was dirty. Paan masala spitting everywhere.4. Don’t rent two wheeler from the hotel they charge you more than double. 600 per day. From Outside we got it for 330 in the peak season otherwise you can get 250.To conclude, I had to stay at this hotel because I had no other option because of the peak season all the good hotels were booked as I planned my trip in a shorter duration.

Convenient location

The photos on the site are very misleading. There is a small lawn behind the building that's good for photos but isn't really used. The hotel is part of a multi-unit building that has different "hotels" on different floors. The staff pestered me via phone on the day of arrival. I told them we were coming late at night, and they threatened to cancel the booking if we didn't arrive by 11:15. They asked to speak to my driver and told him to hurry.Throughout the stay, they seemed annoyed that we were there, and didn't want to fulfill requests. When we checked out, they charged us for the bottles of drinking water in the room. It was a small thing that added to the impression we were not welcome there.
