Pros +
- Clean, good breakfast and easy parking
- Close to stationBreakfast options was niceBathtub was bigger than normalRight beside local mall so quite convenient
- Well located just in front of the Niihama station, and very clean and reasonable price.
Cons -
- Self check-in
- There was only one pillow given and it was too soft.Breakfast spread was limited but I guess you get what you pay for.
- they billed me different amount than what booking.com originally showed me. I sent two emails to the hotel and no answer. Nobody who speaks English not a single word! I know English is not easy for Japnese but this is hotel for God’s sake. would you employ mechanic who can't repair any car? or teacher who can't teach?! check-in took more than 20 minutes. I stayed in many Toyoko Inn at other prefectures but this was absolutely terrible experience.
