The hotel was very centrally located. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel accommodations were basic, but they offered any additional services or items in the front which you could easily take with you up to your room. I appreciate this method as it reduces waste per room. The breakfast was EXCELLENT and I felt safe parking my bicycle. Would definitely stay here again if I come through Imabari.

No AC, but we got a fan to fix the problem~

Being from New Zealand it was a pleasure to have a Japanese style room. It was clean and very Japanese. There was complimentary coffee and drinks (certain times) in the reception area. We especially enjoyed the onset and made full use of it.The location was perfect as it was basically at the Imabari end of the Shiminari Kaido cycle way and across the road from the railway station. We were able to securely leave our bikes locked in the foyer and were also able to recharge our bike batteries overnight in our room.

The hotel wasn't particularly obvious until we noticed A small sign near some steps that were a dead end. Further investigation revealed an entrance to the left. However then we took a few minutes of investigation to work out that reception was up the stairs.

Very close to the JR station. Was perfect for a one night stay after doing the Shimanami Kaido. Comfy room with a decent bathtub. Love the drink bar in the lobby. Wish it was open in the morning to have a coffee.

The room is not as clean as expected. This is way lower than my expectation. I really think that this is a huge space to improve.

Good breakfast buffet. The Japanese style room was really nice with a view out onto the street at the tree tops.

The women’s hot baths wasn’t very full so it felt strange sitting in a half full bath.

located across the road from the JR station, we were able to drop our luggage off before check in time. The staff were helpful and friendly. Lots of nice little extras like a welcome drink, free little sweeties and hot drinks and soups you can make for yourself in the lobby. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Free massage chairs too. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and the food was delicious. Fresh juice and coffee was great to start our day. I would stay here again.

While the men had access to the public bath for long sessions , the Womens bath was small and only 2 people could access it for 30 minute sessions in the evening which had to be pre-booked by calling the front desk. (quite daunting if you speak little Japanese) . Also there needs to be English signs on the ground floor telling customers that the reception desk is on the 2nd floor.

The staff were very helpful. I really liked that there were bicycles available for free on a first-come, first-served basis for use by customers. They are not great bikes, but they did did the job. It is about a 10 min easy bike ride from the hotel to Imabari Castle. The hotel is also close to the train station. All in all, this was a very clean, comfortable place with a very good breakfast. I recommend it.

Interesting experience staying in an old-school business hotel. Clean and friendly place and the staff were super helpful sorting out our luggage transfer to Onomichi. Perfect location if you are cycling the Shimanami Kaido as it is conveniently located near the station and cycle hire place. Would recommend for someone looking for value for money and a glimpse into the past.

Breakfast was poor by Japanese standards but decent by international standards.

Great location for shopping, port, bars and restaurants.

The facilities in the hotel were really nice for a relaxing vacation with a welcome drink, a public bath and a great buffet breakfast in the morning. Also very close to the train station, bike rental and restaurants.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and small for 2 people.

Very close to Imabari station. Attentive staff, even though they don't speak english they tried their best to make it work.

Staff were friendly. I was wrecked from the shimanami kaido and this hotel was a 3 minute walk from the bike drop off, so very convenient location wise.
