HOTEL LiVEMAX BUDGET Iyo Mishima

Hotel was reasonably priced and it looked like it had gone through renovation recently.

There is no Air Conditioning in the room. You are stuck with whatever temperature they set the building too

Bed was comfortable. The staff were nice and allowed me to leave my bag when I arrived early.

None of the lights in the room worked. Very inconvenient.

It’s conveniently located & the view from the room was great.

The room could use some more care. The wallpaper was a bit stained & peeling, the bed had pieces falling off. There is no bidet, which feels lacking for a business hotel. Also, the AC/heating is centrally controlled, meaning you don’t get to control that for your room. Thankfully it wasn’t an issue for us, but there are times where it definitely could be an issue.

The staff was very nice. Bed is confortable and it is practical that there is a fridge and microwave in the roomBut:The building seriously needs some love. There was a bad smell both in the corridors and in the room and only 1 out of 4 lights worked in my room (none working in the bathroom).

I like it because the place is near the station and other shops. The staff were really accommodating.

The lights were not working.

Just a normal business hotel. Some have free coffee in the lounge, but this didn't. Big parking under the hotel.

This facility is a bit older but was clean and comfortable. It was a good price and centrally located in town. Everything in the room worked, lights, kettle, microwave and refrig. The bed was clean and comfortable

Provided everything I needed for a good night's rest. Toiletries were provided as well as towels and robe. Everything including bathroom was clean. The staff let me leave my backpack in the morning while I visited a couple of temples on my pilgrimage.

Some parts of the facility were old. The wall vent and ruined wallpaper were in need of repair. I did not expect to have a good night's sleep but, I had a great night's sleep. There was a fridge, tv, all things needed. In spite of the contrasts of the old to the new looking facility, it was an affordable and surprisingly valid option for me.

It’s very close to the station, with nearby super market and convenient store, great points in a very quiet town

Everything very dated and dusty, staff did not respond to messages, very poor lighting.

Disappointing

I know that older hotels will never be super clean, nor that a business hotel will be very fancy. The price was rather low So I honestly wasn’t expecting a super hotel or something like that, but the room just wasn’t clean. Carpet, walls, ceiling, door, especially bath and toilet were old and dirty…
