    Pros +

    • Everything. Tropical villa vibe and atmosphere, the food made at the resort restaurant was all around great, service was always top tier and accommodating. To give an example, delicious food was made and delivered in pouring typhoon rain! We especially loved that it was a smaller resort as it gave a more quaint and relaxed feel.
    • Property is as presented in photos.
    • First of all, they have the best staff here. Excellent customer service. Ms. Jonah at the front desk and Sir Dards at the back was very helpful, attentive and efficient. Second, the place is very beautiful. We stayed in one of the Villas with 2 kings beds and another Deluxe Room that was well thought of by the owner. Overall, the facility was clean and VERY RELAXING. Oh! The beach is only a 3 min walk ??

    Cons -

    • Loved everything!
    • Construction across the street all day a bit noisy starting from early morning.
    • It didn’t really bother me but I wish the road to the property was updated to concrete.

It was a sanctuary in the middle of a busy area. I love the room designs and bathrooms especially.

mosquitoes. Shampoo and body wash was kept in a container without labels (old containers). No in-room cleaning unless you explicitly request for one. Pricey with basic amenities.

The property was located close to where the action is. Staff were accommodating and helped us arrange our island hopping tour. we liked the bathroom and the comfy beds.

Mosquitoes in rooms. We had smaller children with us and they had mosquito bites. Amenities were basic. Overall, it was a decent place— Not too bad, Not excellent either

The hotel facilities are lovely, the pool is nice, food was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. It was great that the beach was such a short walk.

The hotel itself was beautiful and felt like a refuge from the chaos of Alona beach. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in the right next to some major construction sights with construction/workers around at all hours of the day. The walk to Alona beach felt a little sketchy at night. Overall it felt expensive for what we got.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, peaceful ambiance!

The road to the hotel was under construction.

The location was great and we could walk everywhere. The beach was about an 8 min walk. The food at the hotel was also good. It was very nice to have filtered water in our rooms and accessible.

The shower was an actual singular dripping stream. I mentioned it to the staff, but it didn’t get fixed. Showering was a pain. The room was a bit musty like damp/mildew smell. Would be tough with allergies or sensitivities.

Excellent property, beautiful room and pool set within wonderful tropical gardens which makes it feel really private even though it’s not far from the busy main road. Lovely staff and breakfast. Really clean and room offered lots of privacy. Great bar and staff helped book all of our trips and trikes.

It is in a busy location which means it’s a little noisy overnight.

Quaint little property with lovely staff and very clean and comfortable rooms. The restaurant is very pretty by the pool and does a lovely breakfast. Only a short walk to beach through alleyway and to the main strip.

The walk to the beach from the accommodation is a little dicey but not far. It’s through the backstreets and an alleyway full of construction material. Once completed I am sure that it will clean up well.

Beautiful family villa, able to accomodate our family of 4. Lovely view of the swimming pool. Great staff, food was good and happy hour cocktails perfect!

Entrance and walk to the beach is a bit rough, but the location is very handy.

    7YvettePosted on: 1-22-2025

Quiet, so many restaurants nearby, walking distance to Alona beach.

Wish breakfast could have been served quicker.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Panglao. The location is set back off of the main road, and it's a smaller hotel, but it was perfect for my family. I like that most of what we wanted to do and see was within walking distance. Both beach and the town were easily accessible by foot, or by tricycle. The room was one of the most spacious places we stayed in. Based on the photos at booking, I figured my son would be sleeping on a couch but that area was set up into a king size bed, which was an awesome surprise. The pool is beautiful and I like that there are only a few villas, so I didn't have to deal with a ton of people or waiting for elevators, etc. It felt like home, and we really felt like the value was there for what we paid.

-Lots of mosquitos (in and out of the rooms)-Food on site was pretty basic -Coffee station wasn't replenished at cleaning -Only one pillow per person, which does seem to be the standard throughout the Philippines, and they did give us a few extras when we asked

Nice and clean, really good facilities, walk to beach and shops

    Shower head was no good

    9AnnePosted on: 1-2-2025

Comfortable rooms in a good location with tasty breakfast and a nice bar and pool area

    10SheilaPosted on: 1-1-2025

The staff were very helpful and accommodating!

The entry way to the hotel was not very pleasant. It would be nice to have a free shuttle ride to the beach. It's not very far to the beach but the walking path wasn't that great.

    9JohnPosted on: 12-28-2024

The villa with private pool was amazing. Great location to beach and main road, but dark at night. Rooms and kitchen were great. Staff were attentive to requests.

I don't like open air bathrooms and showers. You shower then immediately sweaty. Need ceiling fan in bathroom to circulate air or change to large windows that can be open or closed with aircon.

    8WendyPosted on: 12-20-2024

The deluxe rooms were lovely- especially with the bathrooms being 'outdoor'. Staff in the hotel were lovely and helpful- creating a very nice atmosphere.

Not completely within the remit of the hotel, but the road to and from the hotel was very poor. Walking down to the beach directly wasn't nice because of all the rubbish and construction taking place.
