Bluewater Panglao Beach Resort

Breakfast and dinner was great. Staff were helpful and polite. Location was quite and was relaxing.

Lots of flies at the restaurant where you would have breakfast. We opted to have room service for dinner instead of restaurant to avoid the flies. Wish they had katol at night near the door to our room to repel the mosquitos.

I was expecting a sandy shoreline where I could walk. Maybe place some boardwalk along the shore.

I like the ambience in general since it's family friendly. I also like the rooms as they are very spacious. The toilet and bath area was big too. I like that my 5 year old could reach the sink. There are 2 pools and my kids enjoyed them. I booked this room for a marathon and the location was very near. The staff were very nice too. They allowed us to check in early. Also, the breakfast was good.

Nothing. I liked our stay. We will book in this hotel again if we go back to Panglao.

Beach area was very narrow and rocky, previous guest placed durian in the refrigerator and it smelled when we got there

The pools were both lovely. The staff went out of their way to please you and the food was great.

The only complaint was I had to get a tuk tuk to get into Alona beach. Where the restaurants and other shops are you can’t really walk it as there are no footpaths and it’s about 1.1 kilometres

This hotel has some significant areas needed for improvement. Both swimming pools need renovation- the surfaces are cracked and extremely damaged in parts. None of the gardens fountains are working and the beach is extremely small. The beds and the linen in the rooms are terrible quality for the price and the food is the most overpriced we have encountered in the phillipines

Love the pool. Cozy bed. Spa like bathroom.Staff are warm & polite. Courteous and helpful.

Too long to walk to the beach. No trash cans around. Not a fan of sliding doors as main door. Inconsistent information with guest bookings & inclusion. But was settled in time. Inconsistent, chocolate/ sikwate drink and champorado. Expensive ala carte and drinks.

The breakfast are good and always hot! The staff are very friendly and helpful. They always greet and give you a good smile at all times.

The only minor thing is the mildew smell in the room.

the staff were courteous and kind and very attentive to our needs, the beach area is really postcard like and it is so beautiful, the food is great and everywhere you go the staff are all accommodating and helpful. overall experience is excellent.

I like our location as it is in front of a pool. The pool size is great and good for kids. They have life guards. The place feels secured. They have a restaurant and has good breakfast buffet options with view of the sea. They have access to the sea but not so much for swimming. Friendly and accommodating staff. Bathroom is very spacious. They provide welcome drinks and 1 free bottle of water per person per day. Kid certain age stays free if sharing bed.

The location of restaurant is quite far from the rooms. Not ideal when it's rainy season. They can deliver food to your room but menu is limited.

Loved the property, loved the big bathroom , loved breakfast choices at restaurant and dining in the resort.

Should be some sort of area for doing laundry and each room should have an ironing board and iron without having to ask. Was a bit of a mission to get a second room key. Lack of kiddie meals (reduced size) from room service or restaurant.

Very modern, spacious, the staff were nice and very accommodating!

Amazing hotel, perfect location for families: quiet and a bit away from loud centre of Alona beach. Rooms are very comfortable, within hotel there is lot of space and green areas. We enjoyed a lot breakfasts with sea-view from hotel restaurant and our son loved swimming in two swimming pools located withing hotel. On the top of that - all staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. We enjoyed a lot staying in this hotel.

It was rainy and overcast for most of the stay so it was nice that the pools were interesting and there were other facilities and activities to occupy guests.

1. Trying to contact the front desk was impossible. The phone numbers they listed were either not working or were consistently unattended. We would only receive a delayed response via email. 2. Also its such a shame that they do not offer free shuttle service to the airport. For such a short distance they were charging P800!3. They offered payment options that were not available and were not prompt in giving alternatives.

Everything about Bluewater is fantastic. Set in large gardens, it is very private and quiet. It is just a quick tuk-tuk ride to the town of Alonna. The rooms are immavulatelt clean and spacious. One outstanding feature of Bluewater is its staff. They are super friendly and always helpful. I would thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here.

The beach is difficult to swim in due to the shallow waters and reef. However, the two large pools make up for this. The ala carte restaurant menu is a bit westernised but the buffet breakfasts were varied and yummy.

The beach is a bit of a walk and too rocky. Breakfast food was god but could have more offerings.

The resort was very nice; well kept and the staff were attentive and responsive to the needs of the guests.

While the property was beachfront, the beach was rocky and at this time of the year, I guess the tides were in reverse i.e. low tide in the mornings and afternoons and high tides at night. And the beach have a long low tide.

-staffs were helpful-clean & spacious room (we stayed in premier room)-hard but comfy beds-with toiletries & slippers - 1pool close @8pm & other @10pm-food in restaurant taste delicious-breakfast was good selections

-beach area in the property is almost not useable -need to ride tricycle going to alona beach going to alone P100 & going back they usually charge P150-reception said no delivery/outside food allowed but then...-inhouse restaurant/bar close 9-10pm (so if your hungry you have to go center just to get food)-limited food choices in restaurant specially dessert

Need transportation to go eat at their dining area because you have to walk 3minutes to get to their dining area and my husband just had foot surgery and cant walk that far…also older people can’t walk that far.
