Mithi Resort & Spa

Very welcoming and friendly staff. I had made a mistake and booked a wrung room but they changed it for me immediately. no problems. Was in another resort on Panglao Island last year but the Nature Resort tops that other one big time. Be back again.

Beautiful and private location - well maintained across the grounds and beach. Excellent facilities with great staff. Breakfast was very good with a great selection.

The food was hit and miss - at times service was slow.

The location, room, facilities and staff were all fantastic. We also loved the food and live entertainment. We had a minor issue with our air conditioner but they resolved it right away and compensated us with free masages for our trouble. Problems happen but how you make up for it makes all the difference and Mithi did a great job. We would highly recommend staying here to any would-be travelers.

Our villa was excellent, the room itself and the view was really beautiful. We loved the outdoor tub and the pools which also had an incredible view. Live music on some nights was great.

The food and services were not up to the standard of the hotel. Food was low quality, and at dinner we waited almost two hours for the last dish to be served even though the restaurant was not at all busy. Because the property is slightly remote compared to other options, it wasn't convenient to travel outside for food so the restaurant was a big disappointment.

Perfect place to relax. If you want a place to rest and be away from the city noise this is the perfect place to be.

The musty smell in the room, needs a little update of the room and change of curtains but the rest ate great

Ideal place for those seeking private getaway with the family. Place is definitely serene and less crowded than other resorts in Panglao. Food is 5/5, even for our picky toddler. Breakfast buffet options is limited but not overwhelming and different everyday, which is a good thing. The game room and the spa kept us preoccupied during our stay.

Property had beautiful views, lovely pools, and a friendly an amazing staff.

There were some items that need to be fixed around the property. There were some screws sticking out from all the light post around 1-1.5 inches that should be replaced.

Very nice and quiet place, perfect hotel to escape all the noise and relax. Breakfast was nice, hotel restaurant serves delicious food. WiFi works well; gym has a beautiful view and has enough equipment to get a workout in; spa was great and very good pricing; game room is also located in a nice place - beautiful views while playing some games. All the area is looked after and very green. Cave was a nice experience. Tennis court is well looked after. We loved our stay and wish we stayed a bit longer.

Beach area could be looked after a bit more, all the seaweed could be cleaned by net to make it more approachable to get into the water. Beach (sand) is cleaned daily, but not the water entrance area.

Staff service was excellent. Lovely beach. Food selection and meal experience were great!

Wifi connection was poor

We like everything—the resort, the food and, most especially, the courteous staff.

The resort is 15 mins away from the airport, the staff is accomodating and their food is good.
