The hotel is very nice inside but has alot of work to be done for quality and price they ask

There was issues with the air-conditioned and it has ants in the rooms the television and internet are very poor quality and service

Location

Toilet broke middle of the night, cockroach running around in the washroom, very noisy street, bed was incredible clean and comfy. Internet was a pain had to reset every time you closed your gadget. Staff courteous and professional. breakfast great.

WiFi wasn’t working at times.

Stayed here because was shopping in Tagbilaran.Nice foyer and easy access to parking lot and street. Had the twin room bit small,beds just ok, air conditioner good, refrigerator not cold, elevators fast,included breakfast reasonable,pool nice,big but shallow only up to my hips,good for kids.Can of San Miguel 195php I brought my own.Do not pay $9 for parking on booking it's free anyway.

The place was good and very accessible to everyone.

The bed need to be changed , is not safety and comfortable for me scared to get broken.

Polite and friendly staff, great breakfast, central location. The room was a little untidy and beds soft to my personal taste.

We had to pay to upgrade to the new wing with the spacious rooms. First room we were offered smelled ofSmoke And had ants on the bedMade aware that the gym was opened by request. Gym was hot and was in a construction site with very old equipment.

Avoid the room close to the road. The noise from the tricycle/vehicle was nonstop.

Amenities- no facial tissues, no hair dryer, no safe and the aircon was located at the bottom instead of being at the top. The gym was located in 7th floor and it looks haunted because the glass wasn’t cleaned and it looked like it hasn’t been touched for years.Food option for breakfast was limited. Rice + 3 dishes. Limited toppings for omelettes or scrambled eggs.When I asked for black tea I had to wait 15-20 mins and when I finally approached the waiter he said they didn’t have black tea but he showed me a box of Lipton tea. So I grabbed an English breakfast tea and I told him that was it.

Has good complimentary hot and cold breakfast.Good location. Groceries and Department stores are at walking distances.Staff are receptive.

Faint on and off odor of a leak sewage can be noticed when you are up close to the bathroom mirror. Reported and addressed immediately. Problem lessened. Sagging beds need an upgrade to compliment with the ongoing renovation.

Have been in bigger bathrooms compared to the room we stayed in. Very little sleep as beds were very uncomfortable . Bottled water was provided by no means to boil it. Most hotels now provide a kettle. Lots of renovations happening only found out the day before when the email came through. I'm sure they can do better when work is completed but all of this should be on the website to give patrons a proper choice.

(Unfortunately, courtesy wasn't given by the GE even though I mentioned during the reservation about the previous stay mishaps)Luggage assistance was offered, the bellman was friendly as well.Room: It was nice at first but mishaps happened which I informed them upon checkout for the next guests to be happy. We paid 4k/night but I think it's a little bit pricey for our experience.WiFi: Unreliable connection, keep on restarting almost every minute.Breakfast: You have to collect your breakfast voucher at Reception, "RY" greatest us handed the breakfast voucher. We proceeded to the dining area. "Mariz" took our orders and "Mark" served our food. They were nice. Breakfast was okay but not great. I think due to the low occupancy they offered a set menu only instead of buffet.Check out: "Ems" and "Ry" were friendly, I informed them about the mishaps so the next guest won't encounter it.Upon leaving, the bellman was friendly and helpful, he assisted us in finding out transportation. ***Please note that the hotel is still under construction. Lifts are functional until the 3rd floor. During the booking it wasn't mentioned but they will message you about it. If you're on a flight you'll definitely miss reading it.

Everything I asked for the answer was no. No pool, no gym, no second key. Restaurant was right outside the construction so very noisy. The room very old looking.

Breakfast

Our rooms were on the fourth floor and not accessible by elevator. The elevator would go up to the third floor only because repair work in some areas of the hotel was ongoing. Because of my slipped disc, I have difficulty climbing stairs. It was agonizing for me to climb the stairs from the third floor to the fourth floor were our rooms were located. We were told they were the only available rooms at that time. Moreover, the air conditioners in our rooms were not in good condition, that is, not working when we checked in and so we called the front desk and a repairman came to repair them. Then in the middle of the night the air conditioner in one of our two rooms stopped working. We had to call the front desk again to have it repaired once more. The repairman came and after repairing it told us that in the event that it would stop working again, we should ask the front desk for a room change.I remember that exactly a year ago, that is, in September of 2022, we checked in and stayed for two nights in the same hotel. It was a very uncomfortable stay because major repair works were going on. There was noise caused by the repair work and to reach our rooms we had to make detours through dusty stairways and areas. Precisely because of the hotel's excellent location, we booked again for our stay this time, thinking that the repairs were finished and the place beautiful and comfortable. We were disappointed.

Room service provided me with hot water and ice promptly when requested

The part of the building I was in was under renovation.The air conditioning is extremely noisy and not possible to sleep with it on.Fridge didn't workWifi didn't work, I had to ask for a different optionThe door was very stiff and the key code was difficult to use.

The staff was friendly, breakfast was included in the price.

The elevator, pool, and jacuzzi were all under repairs, so I had no use of the pool and the jacuzzi and limited use of the elevator. Also, I did not like it that there wasn't a safe in my room.
