Staff, food, cleanliness. We love this hotel and will definitely be back again to see you all next year

At busy periods they are very slow at topping up breakfast. More attention to this is my only downside

The hotel was clean, the staff was so nice and the food delicious. The pools were amazing especially for kids. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was a great place for relaxing. The pool just outside the room and beach access. I also enjoyed the food from the main menu.

Breakfast had few options for people who do not eat pork. It would have been better to rotate the dumplings each morning

Breakfast was good, varied. Perhaps not sufficient vegetarian options for me personally, but it was still good. The bowls were too small ?Room was awesome, patio onto the pool with the comfiest snuggle chair on the decking. Spent hours there.

The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor every time, but we managed. Minor issue.

Location is nice, close to ferry and Main Street. Great beach around.

Hmm, in short everything. Starting with breakfast if you call it so, eggs are not real.Veggies and fruits not best and many others. Main pool and around quite crowded and really dirty, towels, sun beds and others. During the stay rooms even if towels changed are not being cleaned. Cockroaches ?inside.

Just perfect, exceptional service, room was cleaned to perfection.Absolute 10/10...Pool and gym were great.Room was just perfect for our honeymoon

Everything here is great. Villas are more than enough, pools are great, breakfast is stunning. Restaurant Serves really good food and white staff is very polite and helpful.

We stayed 4 nights at Akira Lipe as a family (2 adults and 3 children), and overall it was a fantastic experience. The resort is beautiful, the facilities are great, and the staff were welcoming and helpful.Just a small note for Muslim families: the hotel is not particularly Muslim-friendly, though still acceptable. Alcohol and pork are served, which is understandable in a mixed resort setting. However, during breakfast, special attention should be given to food handling. For example, utensils used for pork and eggs are often mixed, and it would be appreciated if the hotel could make an effort to separate them – especially by providing dedicated utensils for halal-friendly items.Apart from this, everything else was top-notch – a great stay in a beautiful setting.

Love the pool access room, love the swim up bar. Nice decor in the rooms. Swim out in front of the beach about 30 meters from the end of the egg bar and you will find Nemo. Take the Akira transfer boat. It’s more expensive but less hectic than the other companies.

Breakfast was a buffet but some options not great. The egg station is far from everything else. The gym is tired. I only found out snorkel hire was free on the last day of my second stay there

Great location, nice friendly staff and the room (pool view) was lovely. Koh Lipe is a brilliant island to explore on foot and Akira Lipe is centrally placed, with the beach a few steps away.

Having to get up early to secure a sun-bed and then often beds were left unoccupied for hours. The hotel needs to manage this better. Food at restaurant was quite nice, but pricey for what you got; nice beach location though. Breakfast was plentiful and although it was quite samey, with little variety, it catered for lots of differing palates.

Beautifully located on a gorgeous stretch of beach. Close to boat piers and walking street yet quiet enough for rest and relaxation.

Everything !! Great location along Pattaya beach & amazing structure with 3 swimming pools, restaurant, bar and around 100 rooms I guess. Not to be missed in Koh Lipe ! I’m obliged to be back !

Very nice resort. Super garden houses. Clean, comfortable and super located. Fantastic personnel. Very good restaurant. Beach in front of the hotel restricted to boats.

No mosquito nets over the beds. large number of mosquitos in rooms.

Location is perfect, next to the peir, and just down from walking street, for ample food and dining. Amazing pool, and best beach for snorkeling 10min walk away. Pattaya beach is where you want to be.

We really liked the room and the balcony. The breakfast was also very good. It’s a beachfront property with a restaurant and fire show every evening. One pool is right at the beach, the other more in the back.

We didn’t like the fact, that although this is a beachfront hotel, there are no sunbeds on the beach/on the sand. They are all cramped together around the pool and it is quite crowded. We moved here from the neighbouring Ananya resort, which we liked more.

Everything was brilliant! Lovely staff, comfy luxurious rooms, great pool and restaurant. Couldn't ask for more! Wish we had stayed longer....
