Aplus Deluxe Hotel

I like that they had a restaurant that gave you a proper breakfast. You got to choose off the menu what you wanted. Sometimes when they serve breakfast, it’s just a breakfast bar that usually has very little of anything that I would eat.

Can’t really say much, it just would be that you always have to take your shoes on and off everywhere. In this case, you had to leave your shoes downstairs in a rack which because of all the rain my shoes were wet for three days. That was frustrating.

Great staff, super nice.The breakfast was really good and there were a lot of options to choose from. We also ate and that restaurant a few times.Staff was really accommodating. I always drink hot water in the morning and they facilitated a kettle for me cause if not I had to go all the way down and then cross the street for hot water.The bed was soooo comfy as well. We slept and rested really well.Also location is very central. You can get everywhere from there

Sooo many mosquitoes. I think the hotel should do something about it. We were eaten alive the first night and had to bathed in repellent the following nights to be able to sleep. Also, the rooms are accessible by stairs. Ours was in the 3rd floor. They brought our suitcases up, but still it’s not ideal for elder people.

Good size room. Comfortable bed. No kettle or chair for a desk (if that’s important to you) The bathroom has a big window so you can see intoThe shower. We just kept the blind down. Breakfast was really good and bottled water was a nice touch. The location is perfect, 5 min walk from the pier.

The AC leaked on the floor and the room smelt of fried chicken from the market next door.

Great value stay on Koh Lipe. Modern, large rooms, clean with really helpful staff. Breakfast was very tasty and you can help yourself to hot drinks and water until late afternoon. The shop underneath the hotel is great, sells amazing fresh banana bread and fruit!

The property is close to the beach and the walking street, so no need to walk too much. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

the bathroom is a wet room. this meant the bathroom flooded after each use. there was no window and only a small extractor fan meaning the smell of damp / mould was quite bad

Inside the walking street… close to everywhere. Provide jetty pickup and transfer. Staffs were friendly.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The reception staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I didn’t have a charger adapter, and they kindly provided me with one for my entire stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a fridge and a comfortable bed. Every day, I received two bottles of water, which was a nice touch. The included breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day.

There was a noticeable humidity smell in the room, which might be due to the island’s climate, but it didn’t affect my overall experience. I still had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Overall good experience, great central location with easy access to all beaches.

The only concern was the drainage of the shower. Staff provided extra towels to absorb the water.

Perfect location just off walking street. The room was spotless, bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Can’t hear outside noise when in room. I definitely recommend staying here

The hotel is located on the walking street, so everything is very close to get to. The room was clean and upon arrival we asked for a quieter room that's not facing the noisy part of the street, which they gave to us. I don't take this for granted and appreciated a lot. The breakfast was quite good and we could sleep very well and relax.There was a supermarket right under the hotel, which many people found strange as I read in the reviews, but for me it was very practical. No mosquitoes or insects in the room!

The bathroom needs a renovation ASAP. There was no place where to put the soap, so we had to leave everything on the floor, which wasn't comfy. Every time one of us took a shower, the bathroom was basically flooding. Moreover, it is separated with a glass from the rest of the room (not completely transparent forunately), so it gets uncomfortable if one person is sleeping and the other goes to the bathroom and turns on the light. I also didn't like the fact that we had to remove our shoes before getting in the room, but I bought myself some flip flops only to walk in the room so the problem was solved

Great location - right in the middle of the Walking Street. Everything is close to the hotel. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was alright as well. Lays on top of a supermarket, but you can’t hear the noise from the street.

Shower was not the best

Very central location on the walking street, close to all restaurants and shops, short walk to the beach. The room was clean and had good amenities.

Weak WiFi and the check out time is quite early for those who have boats in the afternoon. The window faced another building so there was no view.

The bedroom was very comfortable and in a great and convenient central location. The breakfast included was such a great deal. You can save around 250bath per person if you have it. The receptionist were very great too.

The view from our bedroom was not great at all.people from different floors could see inside the bedroom if not curtains on. Also the smell next to hotel is something they should really deal with.

Hotel is located in the center of island - it is close to everywhere (you have to only walk to the beach, but you have same distance to each side). Nice breakfast (you can choose from different options - I liked egg Benedict ?)

There was no elevator and there was a bad smell from the shower drain but it was not such a big deal.
