Great staff, great price

Bar across street had loud music nightly until 1am.Bathroom sink had nasty odor. Many mosquitos in the room. Could see 4 to 5 at any one time.

Leelawadee Lipe Resort is a straightforward, no-frills spot that's perfectly positioned right on Walking Street, making it super convenient – you're halfway between the two main beaches (Pattaya and Sunrise), so everything is within easy walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made a big difference. Rooms are spacious with nice balconies, which i really appreciated for relaxing and taking in the island vibe.

On the downside, the WiFi could be improved (spotty at times), and the room facilities are quite basic – a refresh or refurb would go a long way. The prime location means some noise from the pub right in front, especially in the evenings. Also, standard check-out at 11am felt a bit early when waiting for the 1:30pm ferry, though I understand it's due to new arrivals – a late check-out option would be ideal.

Located right on walking street in the heart of everything. Easy walking distance to both sunrise beach and a bit further to sunset beach.Peaceful at night which was surprising due to its central location.The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with our air conditioning and they resolved it straight away.

Building work next door, but that was no fault of the hotel.

Located right at the walking street, and only about 5 minutes walking to Pattaya Beach. The rooom is not quite new, but it's spacious & comfortable. It may be a little noisy at night because of some restaurants & bars on the walking street, but it's a covenieent stay.

Really nice rooms ,within walking distance from the boat jetty. Comfortable beds and nice outside space . Staff were really helpful and friendly.Good value for the money . Easy to get everywhere on the island .

It can be a bit noisy from the nearby bar but we embraced it and listened to the music from the balcony.

People working there were friendly.

Very loud area since its in the middle of the Walking Street. Its very expensive for what you get.

The shower area wets the area in front of the sink and the tile can be slippery when wet.the music from the Rainforest bar was fairly audible at night,they shut off the music about midnight

The location is good, just in the walking street and walking distance to beaches

The aircon is not cold enough while the weather is quite hot. We asked the staff to fix the problem but the aircon is just not cold enough

the bathroom didn’t seem very clean and the air condition worked but we couldn’t really figure out if the temperature changed after turning it up and the wifi didn’t work how we liked

Hotel is situated on walking street so can be a little noisy at night . Unfortunately someone had a uploaded picture of a swimming pool when I made the booking but this hotel does not have a pool. Clean hotels with basic facilities but perfect for our needs

The place of the hotel is right near main street, which was nice for us. Easy to reach from the pier. Nice, that you have your own porch / balcony.

The lady behind the reception was kind. The location is central

- door broken, lots of open spaces so many mosquito’s inside- things are old, broken or missing- bed is hard (common in thailand though)- airconditioning is not getting very cold- very overpriced

Nice staff, clean room. Well organised cleaning situation. Provided coffee, toilet paper, bottled water everyday. Well located on walking street.

Rock hard bed but many Thai beds are like this so I guess this is to be expected.

The place js right next to the main walking street, so restaurants and a 7eleven are nearby.

The bathroom was not in great condition.

Property is in a great location for getting to multiple beaches, restaurants and bars. Staff were friendly and we had no issues with the room

Main issue is lack of soundproofing. Due to factors outside of the hotels control, sleep was limited. Booking music until about 1-2am every night from a bar opposite and then construction work nearby starting at around 8am

The accommodation for this hotel is set a little behind the busy street which is perfect; There is a large balcony, the room is a decent size and the bathroom is quite big. For island accommodation it was good. It is very close to tall the bars, restaurants and cafes and most of all the staff are incredibly kind and sincere. June our host was lovely.

There is a bar right outside the hotel which plays very loud music till the early hours. It is extremely loud and makes everything in the hotel room vibrate. My friend was recovering from influenza and therefore we were hoping for a chilled out island vibe, it wouldn't have bothered us if we were both well and in the party mood.

Location - it was very convenient, just next to the dive centre that I signed up my dive packages with and located right on the liveliest street in Koh Lipe
