We absolutely loved our stay here. The location couldn’t have been better — we stepped straight off the boat from Langkawi and were just a few steps away. It was just as convenient when we left for Phi Phi, with the ferry pickup point right outside. Being right on the beach was a huge bonus, and we really enjoyed the peaceful setting. We stayed in a cute little private bungalow that was quiet and relaxing. The bed was absolutely massive — easily a California king — which made for super comfortable lounging and sleeping. On top of all that, the staff were so lovely and friendly — they made us feel really welcome throughout our stay.

The only downside was the air conditioning. It didn’t seem to work very well, and we ended up having some rough nights. The room would get freezing cold even when we adjusted the temperature up, so we’d wake up to turn it off. But then it would get too hot, so we’d have to wake up again to turn it back on. It made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

We loved the location of this property, right on the beach and a minute from the entrance to Walking Street. The room was basic but clean, comfortable and all we needed for our stay. The staff were very friendly and really helpful, we were met at the jetty and someone took our bags from the ferry to the property.

Before we reach, we did contact property to ask about the transfer.. no reply till we reached and need to walk from the jetty In the hot sun to find our hotel..We told the staff and regards to this..2 lady’s staff feel not happy n make sour face. The best part is we need to take tuk tuk from back of the hotel and collect our luggage at Bundhaya jetty and have to pay by our own for the tuk tuk..We book through booking. Com n don’t need us to pay n ask to pay at property.. they ask 3 percent on top of the total amount that we need to pay..??… better we straight make payment with boking.com when reservation done isn’t it?After this incident..the 2 lady’s staff never greet n bother about us for our 4 days 3 nights stay at the hotel..even we walk infront of them..congrat’s for the great service from you both..Not even say sorry for the difficulty we r facing to search for the hotel..

Location was ideal - it was right opposite the pier where you got the ferry. Staff were helpful and kind and I liked how it was always possible to borrow a beach towel, overall this was a pleasant stay.

I feel the bathroom could have been updated a little, it was a bit basic. Additionally, the rooms were right next to Monkey Bar, which plays music until 2am everyday. Which is fine if you're out, but not if you want an early night.

A very nice place, staff super friendly. A bit overpriced for what you get but we visited in full season; I guess this is the problem.

Be prepared for a great amount of mosquitoes ?

The location was excellent. A nice guy met me from the boat to bring my luggage, and they also took my bags to the pier when I left. Unlimited supply of beach towels. Others have complained about the nightclub, but it’s beachfront - I didn’t expect silence.

Where to start…? The room (“bungalow”, LOL) was extremely poor, especially for the price paid. Lumpy, uneven, filthy mattress. Four air fresheners in one small room - what on earth are they trying to hide? Floor uneven and covered in nasty plastic Lino. No housekeeping in four days - just two bottles of water and a bog roll thrown on the porch daily. The dimmer switch didn’t work, so the room either had uncomfortably bright light or no light at all. Incredibly loud intermittent generator noise. Gecko shouting at me from the bathroom (actually, he was cute).

Location right in front of the pier, but very quiet at night. Huge and comfortable bed! Complimentary water and boiler. Very nice staff.

Bed lamps would be much appreciated. Tea and coffe bags for the entire duration of the stay also. Some maintenance in the bathroom needed (faucet and shower)

Smallest room I’ve ever seen (bungalow) and extremely small bathroom as well. The AC is directed to the bed and therefore makes you wake up with a sore throat. No breakfast and no flexibility upon checkout

The hotel is situated directly on the beach and just a short walk from the main street with its restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

As noted in several reviews, the Wi-Fi connection is not very reliable. In our case, it didn’t work at all. However, we were there to enjoy the beach, so it wasn’t a major issue for us.

Central and good location.

It is not villas. It is little A-frame bungalows with 0 charm or comfort.The biggest problem is that it is right next to the Monkey bar, and that's extremely loud until 3 in the morning. We booked with kids in the booking but still had to pay quite a lot extra for a paper thin mattress on the floor. Almost 1000 thb per night extra.In order to fit, we were asked to upgrade our room. This equals an extra cost, too, and the noise from the bar that was closer to this "upgraded room"All in all. Staff are nice, and it is quite clear that management does not care and is aware of the great location. That's the only reason this place gets customers.

The mattress was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. While the property was located on the beach, there were no lounge chairs supplied making the beach location nice but unusable. Additionally, it was a deep and narrow property and the rooms and bungalows were not on the beach. It was expensive for what was offered.

The rooms were very small and the floor in our room felt like there had been water damage and the framework beneath had collapsed.

Not so much. Only long row of the same houses but it did not disturb me.

The island itself was so pretty! The location of the villa was great, next to the ferry point and to the walking street. The facilities were good considering the price. Definitely one of our favourite islands!
