- Staff was great. Great scenery and jungle treehouse atmosphere. Very nice location
- The service (aka people), the location, and the monkeys!
- Excellent staff that was very thorough and attentive.
Cons -
- Tough walking for seniors. Built on a mountain side. Food service sometimes slow and menu was so so Excursions were very expensive and poor quality. Everything was expensive. 23% tax on room, food and services was excessive. The meal plan was pushed
- Not really! Some of the prices for activites were a little hight but that's to be expected. A bundle for those like us that take part in quite a few would've been ice.

Staff was outstanding!!!
Monkeys were very loud , especially in the wee hours of the night or morning. Too many bugs in the room. Perhaps they should place a bug deterrent since the patios overlook a jungle area.
